Claims (10)
- 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치(electrostatically actuated fluid micro-metering device)로서,챔버(chamber) 폭에 좌우되는 피치(pitch)를 갖는 챔버와,임의의 길이와 높이를 갖는 정전기적으로 변형 가능한 막(membrane)을 포함하는 챔버 벽을 포함하며,상기 챔버의 피치는 상기 막의 길이와 높이에 무관하고,전극은 상기 챔버 벽에 이격되어 인접해 있고, 상기 전극은 상기 챔버와 마주하며, 정전기적인 갭(electrostatic gap)은 상기 전극과 상기 챔버 벽 사이에 한정되는, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 챔버 피치는 50㎛인, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 챔버 피치는 25㎛인, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 챔버는 일렬로 정렬된 복수의 챔버에 의해 형성되는, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 챔버 벽과 제 2 챔버 벽은 각각 정전기적으로 변형 가능한 막을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 챔버 벽은 상기 제 2 챔버 벽과 마주하는, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전극 및 상기 챔버 벽과 일체형으로 된 베이스(base)를 더 포함하고, 상기 베이스는 상기 챔버의 바닥 벽을 형성하며, 상기 베이스, 상기 챔버 벽 및 전극은 단일 기판으로부터 형성되는, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수의 챔버는 일렬로 정렬되어 있고, 상기 전극은 제 1 챔버의 제 1 막과, 이와 인접한 제 2 챔버의 제 2 막을 정전기적으로 작동시키는, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 챔버 벽에 오리피스(orifice)를 더 포함해서, 상기 정전기 갭에 가해지고 상기 전극과 상기 챔버 벽 사이에 가해진 정전기력은 상기 막의 변형을 일으켜서, 상기 챔버 내의 유체가 상기 오리피스를 통해 배출되는, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
- 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치로서,챔버의 횡축을 따라 챔버 폭에 좌우되는 피치를 갖는 챔버와,변형축(deformation axis)을 갖는 정전기적으로 변형 가능한 막을 포함하는 챔버 벽을포함하며,상기 막의 상기 변형축은 상기 챔버의 횡축과 평행한, 정전기적으로 작동하는 유체 정밀 측정 장치.
