Claims (17)
- 빛의 입사측의 제 1면은 평면이고, 상기 빛의 출사측의 제 2면은 오목면으로 되어 있는 렌즈기체를 포함하는 렌즈에 있어서,상기 렌즈가 조합 렌즈 형태로 사용되는 경우에, 상기 평면은 위치맞춤과 서프레션(suppression)을 위한 기준면으로 작용하며,상기 제 1면은 발광부와 대향하며, 상기 제 2면보다 상기 발광부에 더욱 인접하도록 배치되어 있으며,상기 오목면은 상기 렌즈기체에 비해 더욱 높은 굴절률을 가지는 물질로 채워져 있는 렌즈.
- 조합렌즈에 있어서,상기 조합렌즈는,빛의 입사측의 한 면이 평면이며, 상기 평면으로 형성된 면에 대해 평행한 다른 면은 오목면들중에서 선택된 오목면이 되는 렌즈기체와 볼록면으로 구성되며, 상기 볼록면은 상기 오목면의 내부에 형성되며, 상기 오목면은 상기 렌즈기체에 비해 더욱 높은 굴절률을 가지는 물질로 채워져 있는 제 1렌즈와,빛의 입사측의 제 1면은 평면이고, 상기 빛의 출사측의 제 2면은 오목면으로 되어 있는 렌즈기체를 가지는 제 2렌즈를 접합하여 형성되며,상기 제 1렌즈의 상기 평면과 상기 제 2렌즈의 상기 평면은 위치맞춤과 서프레션을 위한 기준면들로 작용하며,상기 제 1면은 발광부와 대향하며, 상기 제 2면보다 상기 발광부에 더욱 인접하도록 배치되어 있으며,상기 제 2렌즈의 상기 제 2면은 상기 제 2렌즈의 상기 렌즈기체에 비해 더욱 높은 굴절률을 가지는 물질로 채워져 있는 조합렌즈.
