Claims (5)
- 셀룰로오스 나노섬유의 제조 방법에 있어서,초산 및 증류수를 혼합하여 초산 농도가 70 내지 90 wt%인 초산 수용액을 제조하는 단계;초산 수용액에 13 내지 18wt%의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 용해시켜 전기방사 용액을 제조하는 단계;제조된 전기방사 용액을 전기방사하여 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 나노섬유를 제조하는 단계; 및셀룰로오스 아세테이트 나노섬유를 수산화칼륨과 에탄올의 혼합 용액으로 탈아세틸화시켜 셀룰로오스 나노섬유를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노섬유의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트는 17 내지 18 wt%가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노섬유의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 전기방사는 25 kV의 방사 전압; 3 mL/h의 방사 용액 유속; 및 10 cm의 방사 거리의 조건에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노섬유의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 수산화칼륨과 에탄올의 혼합 용액은 0.5 N의 농도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노섬유의 제조 방법.
