Description
Claims (14)
- 대형 기관 부품에 덧붙임 용착을 통해 상응하는 표면(2, 14) 상으로 도포되며, 적어도 10kg의 중량을 갖는 보호 코팅(4)을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,덧붙임 용착 공정의 초기 단계에는 상기 용착 공정에 의해 대형 기관 부품으로 전달되는 열이 냉각제에 의해 냉각되는 열보다 크며, 적어도 소정의 초기 소요 시간 후에는 덧붙임 용착 공정을 통해 공급되는 열이 냉각제에 의해 냉각되는 열과 대략 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각제로서 물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 대형 기관 부품은 덧붙임 용착 공정 중 보호 코팅(4)이 실시되는 표면(2, 14)의 반대 표면에서 냉각제로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 대형 기관 부품은 보호 코팅(4)의 덧붙임 용착을 위해 상부로부터 보호 코팅(4)이 제공되고 하부로부터 냉각되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 냉각제는 상응하는 표면 상으로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 냉각제는 냉각제원에 연결되고 분사 노즐(9)이 구비된 적어도 하나의 분사관(8)에 의해 상응하는 표면상으로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 냉각제는 주연부를 둘러싸는 벽(11, 16, 18)에 의해 둘러싸여진 챔버(12, 12a)내로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 피스톤 헤드(13)에서 냉각제는 피스톤 케이스(16) 또는 이에 대해 동심형인 지지 칼라(18)에 의해 한정된 챔버(12a)내로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 배기 밸브(1)에서 냉각제로 처리될 수 있고 주연부측이 폐쇄된 챔버(12)를 형성하기 위해 밸브 디스크(3)의 주연부에는 주연부를 둘러싸는 보호 팩킹(11)이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 냉각제는 하부쪽으로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 챔버(12, 12a)에서는 흡입이 이루어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보호 코팅(4)이 실시되는 벽의 영역에 제공되고 적어도 하나의 냉각 채널(20)을 통해 형성되는 내부 냉각 시스템을 포함하는 대형 기관 부품에서, 상기 냉각 시스템은 덧붙임 용착 공정 동안 냉각제로 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 대형 기관 부품은 덧붙임 용착 공정 동안 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대형 기관 부품은 2행정 디젤 엔진의 피스톤 헤드 또는 배기 밸브 디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
