Description
Claims (9)
- 오일을 함유하는 냉매 가스를 압축하는 압축기에 있어서,압축된 냉매 가스가 토출되는 토출실과,상기 토출실과 접속되는 토출 통로와,상기 토출 통로 내에 분리실을 형성하도록 그 토출 통로에 설치되고, 분리실에 도입된 냉매 가스를 선회시킴으로써 그 냉매 가스로부터 오일을 원심 분리하는 오일 분리기와,상기 분리실과 오일 통로에 의해 연통되고, 상기 분리실에서 냉매 가스로부터 분리된 오일을 저류하는 저유실로서, 그 저유실은 상기 토출실의 압력보다 낮은 압력을 갖는 압축기 내의 저압 영역에 연통되어 있는 것과,상기 분리실과 상기 오일 통로 사이에 배치되고, 상기 분리실에 있어서의 냉매 가스의 선회 방향을 따르도록 연장되는 필터로서,상기 필터와, 상기 필터에 대향하는 상기 분리실의 내주면 사이에는, 간극이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토출 통로는, 상기 압축기의 구동축의 축선을 따라 연장되는 원통 구멍에 의해 형성되고,상기 원통 구멍에 장착되고, 상기 분리실을 상기 토출실로부터 구분하는 덮개와, 상기 토출실에서 상기 분리실로 냉매 가스를 도입하기 위한 도입 통로를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 분리실의 내주면에 단차부를 형성하고, 그 단차부와 상기 덮개 사이에 상기 필터를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 덮개와 상기 필터는 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토출 통로는, 상기 압축기의 구동축의 축선에 대하여 수직이고 또한 연직 방향으로 연장하는 원통 구멍에 따라 형성되고, 상기 원통 구멍은 그 상단에 개구를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 필터는, 원통 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 필터는, 상기 분리실 내에 있어서의 냉매 가스의 선회 축선을 따라 연장되는 원통 형상을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 오일 통로는, 상기 분리실의 내주면에 개구되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
