Claims (12)
- 분리막에 의해 격리되고 알칼리 전해질과 함께 케이싱 내에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 양극과 음극이 있는 알칼리 셀에 있어서,상기 분리막은 20-30 g/m2의 기본 중량과, 건조 상태에서 0.15 mm 미만의 두께와, 14 ㎛의 평균 세공 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 20-28 g/m2의 기본 중량과, 건조 상태에서 0.05-0.09 mm의 두께와, 8 ㎛ 내지 14 ㎛의 평균 세공 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 25-95 wt%의 피브릴화 셀룰로오스 섬유와, 잔부로서 합성 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 적어도 45 wt%의 피브릴화 셀룰로오스 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 피브릴화 셀룰로오스 섬유는 숍퍼 리글러법으로 30-65도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 합성 섬유로서 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분리막에는 매 경우에 교결제 섬유로서 60℃의 용융 범위를 갖는 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유와, 역가가 1.1 dtex 이하인 물에 녹지 않는 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유가 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셀은 이중층의 분리막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셀은 크기 LR61(AAAA), LR03(AAA) 또는 LR6(AA)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 셀.
- 제1항에 따른 알칼리 셀에 사용되는 분리막에 있어서,페이퍼 적층 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 습식 적층 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 막.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 역가가 0.5-3 dtex인 용제-스펀 셀룰로오스를 3-6 mm의 섬유 길이로 절단하고 습식 연마 방법에 의해 피브릴화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
