Claims (7)
- 케이스 하우징(110) 내에 외부의 기체를 흡입하기 위한 제1흡입관(140);상기 제1흡입관(140)과 연결된 바이패스 가공물(130);기체를 흡입하기 위한 펌프(120);상기 바이패스 가공물(130)의 타측과 상기 펌프(120)를 연결하기 위한 제2흡입관(150);상기 펌프(120)에 흡입된 기체를 배출시키는 펌프 배출구; 및상기 펌프(120)에 공급되는 전압을 제어하기 위한 제어부;를 포함하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 유량 제어펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 바이패스 가공물(130)은 미세기체 흡입구(131)를 포함하되, 상기 미세기체 흡입구(131)는 상기 제1흡입관(140)이 막혔을 경우, 기체를 흡입하여 펌프를 보호할 수 있도록 하기 위해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 유량 제어펌프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 미세기체 흡입구(131)는 상기 제1흡입관(140)의 직경보다 작은 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 유량 제어펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1흡입관(140) 및 상기 제2흡입관(150)은 튜브로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 유량 제어펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 펌프에 전압을 공급하는 배터리(160);와 상기 배터리(160)로부터 출력된 전압을 조절하여 펌프로 인가하는 제어보드(170); 및 출력 전압값을 표시하는 디스플레이부(180)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 유량 제어펌프.
- 펌프(120)에 전압을 공급하는 배터리(160);와상기 배터리(160)로부터 출력된 전압을 조절하여 펌프로 인가하는 제어보드(170); 및출력 전압값을 표시하는 디스플레이부(180)를 포함하는 이동식 유량 제어펌프를 이용한 유량 산정 방법에 있어서,상기 펌프(120)의 유량을 제어하기 위하여 볼테이지-유량환산표를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 유량 제어펌프를 이용한 유량 산정 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 볼테이지-유량환산표는, 상기 배터리(160)에서 내보내는 전압이 제어보드(170)를 통하여 펌프에 인가될 때, 입력전압에 따라 출력유량이 다르다는 점을 이용하여 다수번의 시험을 거쳐 작성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 유량 제어펌프를 이용한 유량 산정 방법.
