Claims (8)
- 0°의 섬유들을 포함하는 하나 이상의 인접한 플랜지 영역과 하나 이상의 웹 영역을 포함하는 사전 정해진 구부러진 부재 프로파일 횡단면을 가지는 3차원으로 만곡된 섬유 복합재료 구조 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은a) 하나 이상의 평면 내에 드레이프될 수 있는 평평한 기초 섬유 레이드 스크림을 제공하는 단계,b) 제조되는 섬유 복합재료 구조 부품의 하나 이상의 플랜지 영역에 배열된 제공된 섬유 레이드 스크림의 부분적인 영역에 0°의 섬유를 포함하는 일방향 섬유 레이드 스크림을 배열시키는 단계,c) 일방향 섬유 레이드 스크림 테이프가 없는 웹 스트립 영역과 일방향 섬유 레이드 스크림 스트립을 포함하는 플랜지 스트립 영역을 가지는 평평한 사전 제조된 섬유 레이드 스크림 스티립을 형성하기 위하여 하나 이상의 제 1 고정 심을 이용하여 재봉함으로써 섬유 레이드 스크림 테이프를 기초 섬유 레이드 스크림으로 고정시키는 단계,d) 작업면 내에 평평한 사전제조된 섬유 레이드 스크림 스트립을 제공하는 단계,e) 제조되는 3차원으로 만곡된 섬유 복합재료 구조 부품의 목표 형상에 일치되도록 사전제조된 섬유 레이드 스크림 스트립을 드레이핑시키는 단계를 포함하며, 이에 따라 섬유 레이드 스트립의 플랜지 스트립 영역이 웹 스트립 영역에 대해 작 업면으로부터 구부러지고 일방향 섬유 테이프의 테이프 면에 평행하고 0°의 섬유들에 대해 수직하게 연장된 곡률의 하나 이상의 축 주위에서 단일 축방향으로 만곡되며, 섬유 레이드 스트립의 웹 스트립 영역은 오직 작업면 내에서 실질적으로 드레이프되고, 이러한 공정에서 이의 섬유 배열이 비틀리며,f) 오직 웹 스트립 영역 내에서 웹 스트립 영역과 플랜지 스트립 영역 사이의 전이 영역에 형성되는 하나 이상의 제 2 고정 심에 의해 하나 이상의 평면 내에서 드레이프될 수 있는 지지 재료로 사전제조된 섬유 레이드 스크립 스트립을 재봉하는 단계를 포함하며, 이에 따라 안정화되고 3차원으로 만곡된 제 1 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼이 제조되는 섬유 복합재료 구조 부품에 일치되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 형성된 기초 섬유 레이드 스크림은 ±30° 내지 ±65°의 범위의 섬유 배향을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 e)에서 0°의 섬유 레이드 스크립 테이프는 사전제조된 섬유 레이드 스크림 스트립을 고정시키고 드레이핑하기 위한 기준으로서(reference) 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a) 내지 단계 f)는 제 2 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼을 형성하기 위하여 재차 1회 수행되며, 상기 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼은 포개지도록 제 2 층으로써 제 1 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼으로 삽입되며, 이들은 재봉에 의해 서로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제 1 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼과 제 2 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼은 각각 L-형태로 형성되고, 일방향 섬유 레이드 스크림 테이프가 없는 제 1 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼과 제 2 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼의 웹 스트립 영역들은 섬유 프리폼이 C-형태로 형성되도록 섬유 프리폼을 형성하기 위해 서로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단계 g)에서 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼 또는 섬유 프리폼은 경화가능한 수지를 이용하여 함침되고, 수지가 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단계 g) 이전에 지지 재료는 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼 및/또는 섬유 프리폼으로부터 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단계 g)에서 지지 재료는 섬유 프리폼 및/또는 서브-섬유 레이드 스크림 프리폼과 함께 수지를 이용하여 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
