Claims (6)
- 호닝 가공하는 중공(中空) 원통 내면을 가지는 워크의 상부에 위치하고, 상단부에서 요동 가능하게 매달려 상하 운동 그리고 연직의 회전축을 중심으로 회전 구동 가능한 호닝 공구와,상기 워크의 상부에 근접하여 위치하고, 상기 호닝 공구를 중공 원통 내면으로 안내하는 호닝 가이드를 구비한 ELID 호닝 장치로서,상기 호닝 공구는 상기 회전축에서 바깥둘레면까지 일정한 반지름(R)을 가지는 고정 가이드와, 상기 반지름(R)으로부터 외측의 확대 직경 위치에서 내측의 축소 직경 위치까지 바깥둘레면이 평행 이동 가능하면서 또한 전해 드레싱 가능한 호닝 숫돌을 가지며,상기 호닝 가이드는, 호닝 공구의 고정 가이드의 바깥둘레면을 안내하는 내면을 가지며 음전압으로 인가 가능한 중공 원통형의 ELID 전극, 및 ELID 전극의 아래쪽에 위치하고 워크의 상부에 근접하며 양전압으로 인가 가능한 방식 전극을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 ELID 호닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 호닝 가이드는 ELID 전극과 그 내측을 통과하는 호닝 숫돌의 틈새에 도전성 연삭액을 균등하게 공급하는 연삭액 공급구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 ELID 호닝 장치.

- 호닝 가공하는 중공 원통 내면을 가지는 워크의 상부에 위치하고, 상단부에서 요동 가능하게 매달려 상하 운동 그리고 연직의 회전축을 중심으로 회전 구동 가능한 호닝 공구와,상기 워크의 상부에 근접하여 위치하고, 상기 호닝 공구를 중공 원통 내면으로 안내하는 호닝 가이드를 구비한 ELID 호닝 방법으로서,상기 호닝 공구는, 상기 회전축에서 바깥둘레면까지 일정한 반지름(R)을 가지는 고정 가이드와, 상기 반지름(R)으로부터 외측의 확대 직경 위치에서 내측의 축소 직경 위치까지 바깥둘레면이 평행 이동 가능하면서 또한 전해 드레싱 가능한 호닝 숫돌을 가지며,상기 호닝 가이드는, 호닝 공구의 고정 가이드의 바깥둘레면을 안내하는 내면을 가지며 음전압으로 인가 가능한 중공 원통형의 ELID 전극, 및 ELID 전극의 아래쪽에 위치하고 워크의 상부에 근접하며 양전압으로 인가 가능한 방식 전극을 가지며,호닝 숫돌을 축소 직경 위치에 유지하고, 호닝 공구의 고정 가이드를 ELID 전극의 내면으로 안내하면서, 호닝 숫돌과 ELID 전극의 틈새에 도전성 연삭액을 흘려보내 호닝 숫돌을 전해 드레싱하고,이어서, 워크 내에 호닝 공구를 삽입한 후, 호닝 숫돌을 확대 직경 위치에 이동시키고 회전 구동하여 중공 원통 내면을 호닝 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 ELID 호닝 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 호닝 공구를 호닝 가이드로 안내하면서 하강 또는 상승시키고, 동시에 호닝 숫돌을 전해 드레싱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 ELID 호닝 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 호닝 숫돌을 축소 직경 위치에 유지한 채, 호닝 공구를 회전시키지 않거나 또는 회전시켜서 호닝 숫돌을 전해 드레싱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 ELID 호닝 방법.
