Claims (4)
- 일면 중앙에 캐비티를 형성하는 원형의 캐비티 홈이 형성되며, 상기 캐비티 홈의 내면에는 내면에 대하여 일정높이 돌출되어 잔류응력을 확인하도록 블록 인서트가 설치되고, 단면 상의 양측에는 상기 캐비티 홈과 연결되는 가이드 홈이 각각 형성되는 고정금형;상기 고정금형의 캐비티 홈에 삽입되어 그 내부에 캐비티를 형성하도록 일면 중앙에 원형으로 돌출되어 그 단면상에 코어핀 인서트와 리브부 형상 및 저널부 형상 등이 구성된 측정 형상부가 형성되고, 상기 고정금형의 각 가이드홈에 대응하여 삽입되도록 상기 측정 형상부의 양측에 가이드 돌기가 형성되며, 일측에는 상기 캐비티 홈과 측정 형상부가 이루는 캐비티 내부로 용탕을 주입하는 용탕 주입구가 형성되는 가동금형으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅용 간이 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블록 인서트는사각블록의 형상으로 형성되며, 주조작업 후, 금형의 잔류 응력을 파악하도록 상기 고정 금형에서 분리 가능하도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅용 간이 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 측정 형상부는그 단면 중앙에 코어 홈이 형성되고, 상기 코어 홈에 서로 다른 길이로 장착되어 코어핀의 소착발생을 확인하기 위한 다수개의 코어핀 인서트;상기 코어 홈의 하부에 단면상의 중앙에는 저널부와 리브부의 소착발생 거동을 확인하도록 상기 용탕주입구와 연결되어 양각으로 저널부 형상이 형성되는 저널 양각부와, 상기 저널 양각부의 양측으로 그 단면상에는 각각 음각으로 수직 및 수평 리브 형상이 형성되는 수직리브 음각부와 수평리브 음각부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅용 간이 금형.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 수직리브 음각부와 수평리브 음각부는각각 서로 다른 길이와 높이를 갖는 다수개의 수직방향 홈 및 수평방향 홈으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅용 간이 금형.
