Claims (8)
- 3-치환된 2,5-디할로 알킬티오펜에 아연분말을 접촉시켜 할로아연기를 함유하는 유기아연 중간체를 합성하는 단계; 및
니켈 촉매 존재하에 상기 유기아연 중간체를 중합시켜 폴리 3-알킬티오펜을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 유기아연 중간체 합성시 디메틸아세트아마이드(DMA) 또는 디메틸포름아마이드(DMF)를 용매로 사용하는 것이며,
상기 아연분말을 이루는 아연금속 입자의 산화적 첨가반응을 촉진시키는 촉매량의 요오드를 첨가하고,
상기 요오드 첨가시 브로모리튬(LiBr)을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 3-알킬티오펜의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기아연 중간체를 합성하는 단계는,
상기 3-치환된 2,5-디할로 알킬티오펜 1몰에 대하여 1몰 내지 3몰의 아연분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 3-알킬티오펜의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 니켈 촉매는, Ni(dppe)Cl2, Ni(dppp)Cl2, NiCl2, NiO, NiF2, NiBr2, Ni(PPh3)2Br2, NiI2, NiAs, 및 BaNiS 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 3-알킬티오펜의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
니켈 촉매 존재하에 상기 유기아연 중간체를 중합시켜 폴리3-알킬티오펜을 제조하는 단계는,
상기 유기아연 중간체에 대하여 0.3몰% 내지 0.5몰%의 니켈 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 3-알킬티오펜의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 니켈 촉매 존재하에 상기 유기아연 중간체를 중합시켜 폴리3-알킬티오펜을 제조하는 단계는,
용매를 이용하여 20시간 내지 24시간 동안 환류시켜 수행하는 것으로,
상기 용매는 DMA, DMA와 THF의 혼합물, 및 DMF와 THF의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 3-알킬티오펜의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 니켈 촉매 존재하에 상기 유기아연 중간체를 중합시켜 폴리3-알킬티오펜을 제조하는 단계는,
용매로 DMA와 THF를 1:1의 비율로 혼합한 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 3-알킬티오펜의 제조방법.
