Claims (7)
- 황산니켈 수용액을 알칼리로 중화하여, 표면 또는 계면에 황산염으로서 황 성분이 혼입된 수산화니켈을 얻는 공정과, 얻어진 수산화니켈을 비환원성 분위기 중에서 850℃ 초과 1050℃ 미만의 온도에서 열 처리하여 산화니켈 입자를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 열 처리시에 형성될 수 있는 산화니켈 입자의 소결체를 해쇄하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화니켈 미분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중화는 반응액의 pH를 8.3 내지 9.0으로 제어함으로써 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화니켈 미분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 황산니켈 수용액 중의 니켈 농도가 50 내지 150g/L인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화니켈 미분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 해쇄가 상기 소결체를 포함할 수 있는 산화니켈 입자끼리를 충돌시킴으로써 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화니켈 미분말의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 해쇄가 건식으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화니켈 미분말의 제조 방법.
- 비표면적이 3m2/g 이상 6m2/g 미만, 황 함량이 400질량ppm 이하, 염소 함량이 50질량ppm 이하, 나트륨 함량이 100질량ppm 이하이고, 레이저 산란법으로 측정한 D90이 2㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화니켈 미분말.
