Claims (16)
- 제1항에 있어서, 4-[(3-클로로-2-플루오로페닐)아미노]-7-메톡시퀴나졸린-6-일 (2R)-2,4-디메틸피페라진-1-카르복실레이트인 화학식 I의 화합물.
- 4-[(3-클로로-2-플루오로페닐)아미노]-7-메톡시퀴나졸린-6-일 (2R)-2,4-디메틸피페라진-1-카르복실레이트 하이드로클로라이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4-[(3-클로로-2-플루오로페닐)아미노]-7-메톡시퀴나졸린-6-일 (2R)-2,4-디메틸피페라진-1-카르복실레이트 숙시네이트인, 화학식 I의 화합물의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제3항에 있어서, 결정형(crystalline form)인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2θ = 12.3° 및 13.9°(여기서 상기 값은 ±0.2°2θ일 수 있음)에서 적어도 2개의 특이적 피크를 가진 X선 분말 회절 패턴을 갖는 결정형인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2θ = 12.3, 13.9, 9.3, 23.3, 18.7, 16.0, 24.6, 26.8, 28.0°(여기서, 상기 값은 ±0.2°2θ일 수 있음)에서 특이적 피크를 가진 X선 분말 회절 패턴을 갖는 결정형인 화합물.

- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는, 온혈 동물에서 난소암, 자궁경부암, 결장직장암, 유방암, 췌장암, 신경아교종, 아교모세포종, 전립선암, 백혈병, 림프종, 비호지킨 림프종, 폐암, 간세포 암, 위암, 위장관 기질 종양, 갑상선암, 담관암, 자궁내막암, 신장암, 역형성 큰세포 림프종, 급성 골수성 백혈병, 다발성 골수종, 흑색종 및 중피종의 치료에 사용될 수 있는 약학 조성물.
- 유효량의 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는, 항암 치료를 필요로 하는 온혈 동물에서 항암 효과를 제공하기 위한 약학 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는, 비-소세포 폐암의 치료에 사용하기 위한 약학 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는, 전이성 비-소세포 폐암의 치료에 사용하기 위한 약학 조성물.
