- 총 100 중량%를 기준으로, 에폭시 수지 10 내지 25 중량%, 경화수지 10 내지 15 중량%, 난연제 10 내지 20 중량%, 발포제 3 내지 10 중량%, 산촉매 20 내지 40 중량% 및 화이버 3 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 발포성 내화도료 조성물로서,
상기 난연제는 트리페닐 포스페이트의 함유량이 20 중량% 이하이고 열분해 온도가 250℃ 이상인, 발포성 내화도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지는 중량평균분자량이 150 내지 900이고, 당량은 75 내지 450 g/eq이며,
비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 수지, 난연성 에폭시 수지, 노볼락형 에폭시 수지, 다관능형 아민 에폭시 수지, 사이클로알리파틱 에폭시 수지 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것인, 발포성 내화도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 경화수지는 점도가 200 내지 800 cps이고, 아민가가 300 내지 600 mgKOH/g이며, 활성수소 당량이 50 내지 200 g/eq인,
폴리에틸렌 아민, 지방산 다이머 및 지방산 모노머를 중합하여 얻은 아마이드 또는 아미도 아민 수지인, 발포성 내화도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 난연제는 트리페닐 포스페이트(TPP), 이소프로필레이티드 트리페닐 포스페이트, 트리크레실 포스페이트, 부틸레이티드 트리페닐 포스페이트, 크레실 디페닐 포스페이트, 이소프로필 페닐 디페닐 포스페이트, 레조르시놀 비스(디페닐 포스페이트)(RDP), 비스페놀 A 비스(디페닐포스페이트)(BDP) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 발포성 내화도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 난연제는 아릴 포스페이트와 비스포스페이트의 혼합비가 중량비로 1 : 0.5 내지 1 : 3인, 발포성 내화도료 조성물.
