Claims (12)
- 차량의 주행 중 변속 시 제어기에 의해 가속도 변속제어모드가 수행되고,
상기 가속도 변속제어모드는 변속전후 구간의 사이를 잇는 실변속구간의 차량 가속도가 변속전후구간의 차량 가속도와 동일하게 유지되도록 변속기와 연결된 구동축으로 전달되는 변속기 입력토크에 독립적인 타 구동축 입력토크를 변속기와 연결되지 않은 타 구동축에 전달하며,
상기 가속도 변속제어모드는, (A) 상기 차량의 주행에 따른 차량 가속도 평균값이 산출되고, 변속 전 구간(Before Shift Phase)을 A로 하여 상기 실변속구간의 전후를 각각 변속준비구간과 변속완료구간으로 구분한 상기 변속기의 SP(Shift Phase)에 매칭되는 단계, (B) 상기 실변속 구간 진입이 상기 A가 상기 변속준비구간을 벗어날 때 인식되는 단계, (C) 상기 실변속 구간 진입 후 변속기 전달토크(TQtransfer)가 산출되면, 상기 변속기 전달토크(TQtransfer)를 이용하는 토크예측모드로 상기 변속기 입력토크(TQinput-1)와 상기 타 구동축 입력토크(TQinput-2)가 출력되는 단계, (D) 상기 실변속 구간 진입 후 변속기 개입토크(TQintervention)가 산출되면, 상기 변속기 개입토크(TQintervention)를 이용하는 토크개입모드로 상기 변속기 입력토크(TQinput-1)와 상기 타 구동축 입력토크(TQinput-2)가 출력되는 단계

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 A는 0보다 크면서 상기 실변속 구간보다 작은 숫자를 갖는 교정인자(Calibration Factor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 이질감 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 변속기 전달토크는 상기 변속기의 내부에서 발생되는 슬립(Slip)을 이용하여 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 이질감 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 토크예측모드는, (c-1) 상기 차량의 운전자 요구 토크와 상기 변속기 전달토크의 차가 산출되고, 산출된 차이 값이 제1 가속도유지제어토크로 정의되는 단계, (c-2) 상기 실변속 구간 진입상태에서 상기 변속기 개입토크를 상기 변속기 입력토크로 출력함과 동시에 상기 차량 평균 가속도를 현재 차량 가속도로 보정하여 오차 보상값으로 산출되는 단계, (c-3) 상기 오차 보상값에 의해 상기 제1 가속도유지제어토크가 정정되어 상기 타 구동축 입력토크로 출력되는 단계
로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 이질감 제어 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 제1 가속도유지제어토크와 상기 오차 보상값은 합산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 이질감 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 토크개입모드는, (d-1) 상기 차량의 운전자 요구 토크와 상기 변속기 개입토크의 차가 산출되고, 산출된 차이 값이 제2 가속도유지제어토크로 정의되는 단계, (d-2) 상기 실변속 구간 진입상태에서 상기 변속기 개입토크를 상기 변속기 입력토크로 출력함과 동시에 상기 차량 평균 가속도를 현재 차량 가속도로 보정하여 오차 보상값으로 산출되는 단계, (d-3) 상기 오차 보상값에 의해 상기 제2 가속도유지제어토크가 정정되어 상기 타 구동축 입력토크로 출력되는 단계
로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 이질감 제어 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 제2 가속도유지제어토크와 상기 오차 보상값은 합산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 이질감 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1 및 청구항 3 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 의한 변속 이질감 제어 방법을 수행하는 제어기;
상기 변속기를 제어하는 변속기 제어기;
상기 차량 가속도를 측정하는 G 센서;
가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 사륜구동차량.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 상기 변속기 입력토크가 발생되는 토크소스 1과 상기 타 구동축 입력토크가 발생되는 토크소스 2를 제어하는 토크소스 제어기, 상기 토크소스 제어기와 연계된 토크 맵 제어기로 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사륜구동차량.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 토크 맵 제어기는 차량 가속도의 오차를 보정하는 피드백(Feedback)제어기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사륜구동차량.
