상기에서 R은 Me, Et, Pr, Bu, Ph 또는 PhCH2가 되고, R1은 Me, Et, Pr 또는 Bu가 되고, R2는 H 또는 Me가 되고, R3는 Me, Et 또는 Bu가 되고, R4는 Me, Et, Pr, Bu,hexyl, benzyl, allyl, penylethyl, MeOCH2CH2, EtOCH2CH2, BuOCH2CH2, MeOCH2CH2CH2CH2, MeOCH2CHMe, MeOCH2CH2OCH2CH2, EtOCH2CH2OCH2CH2 또는 BuOCH2CH2OCH2CH2가 되고, m은 0, 1 또는 2가 되고, 그리고 n은 2 또는 3이 되는 것, 및 X는 Cl, Br 또는 I가 되는 것을 특징으로 이더기 치환 3차 아미노기를 가진 실리콘 결합제의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 반응은 상온 내지 180 ℃의 온도에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이더기 치환 3차 아미노기를 가진 실리콘 결합제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 반응은 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 톨루엔 또는 THF의 용매에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이더기 치환 3차 아미노기를 가진 실리콘 결합제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 반응은 용매가 없이 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이더기 치환 3차 아미노기를 가진 실리콘 결합제의 제조 방법.
