Claims (15)
- 스텐트(stent)를 포함하는 관내 디바이스(endoluminal device)로서,
상기 스텐트는 복수의 와이어로 형성되는 자체-팽창가능하고 꼬인 와이어(braided wire)의 프레임워크를 포함하고,
상기 디바이스는 근위 단부 구역, 원위 단부 구역, 및 상기 근위 단부 구역과 상기 원위 단부 구역 사이에 연장되는 중간 구역(medial region)을 구비하되;
상기 디바이스의 상기 원위 단부 구역은, 감소된 직경 형태에서의 방사방향 압축력이 상기 중간 구역보다 상기 원위 단부 구역에서 더 작도록 상기 중간 구역보다 더 유연하고,
상기 원위 단부 구역은 상기 복수의 와이어로 형성된 복수의 루프를 포함하고, 각각의 상기 루프는 축방향의 길이와 외주 방향의 폭을 갖고, 상기 길이는 상기 폭보다 더 크고,
각각의 상기 루프는 결합 구역(joining region), 상기 복수의 와이어 중 제1 와이어의 직선 부분, 상기 복수의 와이어 중 제2 와이어의 직선 부분을 포함하고,
상기 제1 와이어는 상기 결합 구역에서 상기 제2 와이어를 결합하고, 각각의 상기 루프는 상기 직선 부분들 사이에 접촉이 없도록 각각의 외주측 상의 인접한 루프와 오버랩되는, 관내 디바이스. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 와이어는 상기 중간 구역에서 제1 나선형 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 원위 단부 구역에서 축방향으로 연장되는 직선 부분으로 전이되는, 관내 디바이스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 와이어는 상기 중간 구역에서 제2 나선형 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 원위 단부 구역에서 일반적으로 축방향으로 연장되는 상기 직선 부분으로 전이되는, 관내 디바이스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 와이어의 상기 직선 부분은, 상기 제 1 와이어의 상기 직선 부분으로부터 180도의 호(arc)에서 상기 중간 구역 쪽으로 다시 벤딩되어 원위 벤딩 구역에서 종결되는, 관내 디바이스.
- 제5항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 루프는 각 외주 방향으로 단일 루프와 상호 꼬인(interbraided), 관내 디바이스.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1와이어의 직선 부분은 상기 제2와이어의 직선 부분에 평행하게 연장되는, 관내 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스의 상기 원위 단부 구역은, 상기 원위 단부 구역을 방사방향으로 압축하기 위해 요구되는 방사방향 압축력이 상기 중간 영역을 방사방향으로 압축하기 위해 요구되는 방사방향 압축력의 2/3 이하이도록 상기 중간 구역보다 더 유연한, 관내 디바이스.
- 스텐트(stent)를 포함하는 관내 디바이스(endoluminal device)로서,
상기 스텐트는 복수의 와이어로 형성되는 자체-팽창가능하고 꼬인 와이어(braided wire)의 프레임워크를 포함하고,
상기 디바이스는 근위 단부 구역, 원위 단부 구역, 및 상기 근위 단부 구역과 상기 원위 단부 구역 사이에 연장되는 중간 구역(medial region)을 구비하되;
상기 디바이스의 상기 원위 단부 구역은, 감소된 직경 형태에서의 방사방향 압축력이 상기 중간 구역보다 상기 원위 단부 구역에서 더 작도록 상기 중간 구역보다 더 유연하고,
상기 원위 단부 구역은 복수의 루프를 포함하고, 각각의 상기 루프는 축방향의 길이와 외주 방향의 폭을 갖고, 상기 길이는 상기 폭보다 더 크고,
각각의 상기 루프는 상기 원위 단부 구역에서 대체로 축방향으로 상기 중간 구역의 브레이드 패턴으로부터 연장되는 복수의 와이어 중 제1 와이어의 직선 부분과, 상기 원위 단부 구역에서 대체로 축방향으로 상기 중간 구역의 브레이드 패턴으로부터 연장되는 복수의 와이어 중 제 2 와이어의 직선 부분으로 형성되고,
각각의 상기 루프는 상기 직선 부분들 사이에 접촉이 없도록 각각의 외주측 상의 인접한 루프와 오버랩되는, 관내 디바이스. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 와이어의 상기 직선 부분은, 상기 제 1 와이어의 상기 직선 부분으로부터 180도의 호(arc)에서 상기 중간 구역 쪽으로 다시 벤딩되어 상기 루프의 원위 벤딩 구역에서 종결되는, 관내 디바이스.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 루프는 상기 제1 와이어의 종단이 상기 제2 와이어의 종단과 결합하는 결합 구역을 포함하는, 관내 디바이스.
- 제11항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 루프는 각 외주 방향으로 단일 루프와 상호 꼬인(interbraided), 관내 디바이스.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1와이어의 상기 직선 부분은 상기 제2와이어의 상기 직선 부분에 평행하게 연장되는, 관내 디바이스.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 와이어는 상기 중간 구역을 통해 제1 나선형 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 제2 와이어는 상기 중간 구역을 통해 반대 방향인 제2 나선형 방향으로 연장되는, 관내 디바이스.
