Claims (4)
- 인몰드 코팅 공정에서 혼합비율 차이가 큰 2액형 폴리우레탄을 균일하게 혼합하기 위한 믹싱헤드로서,
클리닝 실린더;
상기 클리닝 실린더 내에서 구동되는 피스톤 머리부와, 상기 피스톤 머리부와 연결되며 혼합홀 내에서 구동되는 피스톤 핀을 갖는 클리닝 피스톤;
중앙에 상기 혼합홀이 형성되며, 외측으로 방사형으로 3개의 원료분배기를 갖는 믹싱블록; 및
상기 원료분배기 각각에 구비되며 끝단이 상기 혼합홀에 연결되어 상기 혼합홀 측으로 주제 또는 경화제를 분사시키는 유입노즐;
상기 클리닝 실린더와 상기 클리닝 피스톤 사이에 설치되어 액체의 누설을 방지하기 위한 실 플레이트;를 포함하여,
상기 주제와 상기 경화제의 혼합비율 차가 클 때, 3개의 노즐을 구비하여 낮은 노즐압력으로 주제와 경화제를 균일하게 혼합하고, 상기 주제는 폴리올이고, 상기 경화제는 이소시아네이트이며,
상기 피스톤 핀 외면 일측에 길이방향으로 순환채널이 형성되며, 상기 원료분배기 각각에 토출홀이 형성되어, 원료를 토출하지 않을 경우에는 유입노즐을 통해 유입된 원료는 순환채널을 거쳐 상기 토출홀을 통해 순환되며,
폴리올과 이소시아네이트의 비율이 100:200인 경우, 입력부를 통해 공급된 폴리올은 1개의 특정 유입노즐을 통해 혼합홀로 분사되고, 이소시아네이트는 상기 특정 유입노즐 외의 2개의 유입노즐을 통해 상기 혼합홀로 분사되도록 하여, 3개의 유입노즐에서 분사된 각각의 원료가 혼합홀의 중앙 부위에서 서로 충돌하며 혼합되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합비 차이가 큰 2액형 폴리우레탄 적용 인몰드 코팅을 위한 믹싱헤드.
