Abstract
유리 매트릭스 (2) 가 되는 유리 입자 및 형광체 입자 (3) 를 포함하는 슬러리를 준비하는 공정과, 슬러리를 지지 기재 상에 도포하고, 지지 기재와 소정 간격을 두고 설치된 닥터 블레이드를 슬러리에 대해 상대적으로 이동시킴으로써, 그린 시트를 형성하는 공정과, 그린 시트를 복수 장 중첩한 상태로 열 압착함으로써, 그린 시트 적층체를 형성하는 공정과, 그린 시트 적층체를 소결함으로써, 파장 변환 부재를 얻는 공정을 구비하고, 그린 시트 적층체를 형성하는 공정에 있어서, 적어도 2 장의 그린 시트에 대해, 그린 시트를 형성하는 공정에 있어서의 닥터 블레이드의 이동 방향이 서로 교차하도록, 그린 시트를 중첩하는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
Description
도 2 는, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 관련된 파장 변환 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서의 그린 시트의 중첩 방식을 설명하기 위한 모식적 사시도이다.
도 3 은, 비교예의 파장 변환 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서의 그린 시트의 중첩 방식을 설명하기 위한 모식적 사시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 유리 매트릭스 중에 형광체 입자가 배치되어 이루어지는 파장 변환 부재의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 유리 매트릭스가 되는 유리 입자 및 평균 입자경이 5 ㎛ 이상인 상기 형광체 입자를 포함하는 슬러리를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 슬러리를 지지 기재 상에 도포하고, 상기 지지 기재와 소정 간격을 두고 설치된 닥터 블레이드를 상기 슬러리에 대해 상대적으로 이동시킴으로써, 그린 시트를 형성하는 공정과,
상기 그린 시트를 복수 장 중첩한 상태로 열 압착함으로써, 그린 시트 적층체를 형성하는 공정과,
상기 그린 시트 적층체를 소결함으로써, 파장 변환 부재를 얻는 공정을 구비하고,
상기 그린 시트 적층체를 형성하는 공정에 있어서, 적어도 2 장의 그린 시트에 대해, 상기 그린 시트를 형성하는 공정에 있어서의 상기 닥터 블레이드의 이동 방향이 서로 직교하도록, 상기 그린 시트를 중첩하는, 파장 변환 부재의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 그린 시트 적층체를 형성하는 공정이, 제 1 및 제 2 그린 시트를 반복하여 교대로 중첩함으로써, 상기 그린 시트 적층체를 형성하는 공정이고,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 그린 시트를 중첩할 때, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 그린 시트를 형성하는 공정에 있어서의 상기 닥터 블레이드의 이동 방향이 서로 직교하도록, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 그린 시트를 중첩하는, 파장 변환 부재의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 그린 시트를 중첩할 때, 3 장 이상의 그린 시트를 중첩하는, 파장 변환 부재의 제조 방법. - 삭제
