Claims (8)
- (A) 규소 원자에 결합하는 알케닐기를 1분자 중에 2개 이상 갖고, 아릴기를 1분자 중에 1개 이상 갖거나 또는 갖지 않는 아래 화학식 (3)에 나타난 오르가노폴리실록산
(상기 식 (3) 중, R3은 서로 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 갖지 않는 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 탄소수 2∼12의 알케닐기 또는 산소 원자를 가질 수 있는 알케닐기 함유 1가 탄화수소기, 또는 수산기이며, f는 2 이상의 정수, g는 1 이상의 정수, h는 0 이상의 정수, k는 0 이상의 정수이고, 30≤f+g+h+k≤20,000 이다.)
(B1) 규소 원자에 결합하는 수소 원자를 1분자 중에 3개 이상 갖고, 또한 아릴기를, 규소 원자에 결합하는 수소 원자 및 규소 원자에 결합하는 기의 합계 개수에 대한 아릴기의 합계 개수의 비율(%)(이하, 아릴기의 비율이라고 함)이 적어도 8%가 되는 개수로 갖는, 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산
(A) 성분 중의 알케닐기의 개수에 대한 (B1) 성분 중의 SiH기의 개수의 비가 0.5∼10이 되는 양, 및
(C) 백금족 금속계 촉매 촉매량
을 함유하고, [(B1) 성분에서의 상기 아릴기의 비율(%)]-[(A) 성분에서의 규소 원자에 결합하는 기의 합계 개수에 대한 아릴기의 합계 개수의 비율(%)]≥8 인, 실리콘 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로 (B2) 규소 원자에 결합하는 수소 원자를 1분자 중에 3개 이상 갖고, 아릴기를 갖지 않는 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산을 (B1) 성분 및 (B2) 성분의 합계 100질량부에 대해 1∼80질량부의 양으로 함유하고, (A) 성분 중의 알케닐기의 개수에 대한 (B1) 성분 및 (B2) 성분 중의 SiH기의 합계 개수의 비가 0.5∼10인, 실리콘 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
(B1) 성분이 하기 평균 조성식 (1)로 나타내는, 실리콘 조성물.

(식 중, R1은 서로 독립적으로 수산기 또는 치환 또는 비치환의 지방족 불포화 결합을 갖지 않는 1가 탄화수소기이고, R1의 합계 개수 및 규소 원자에 결합하는 수소 원자의 개수의 합계에 대해 8% 이상이 되는 수의 R1이 아릴기 또는 아르알킬기이며, a 및 b는 제로보다 큰 실수이고, a+b≤3임) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
(A) 성분 중의 알케닐기의 개수에 대한 (B1) 성분 중의 SiH기의 개수비가, 또는, (B2) 성분을 포함하는 경우에는 (A) 성분 중의 알케닐기의 개수에 대한 (B1) 및 (B2) 성분 중의 SiH기의 합계 개수의 비가 1.5∼6인, 실리콘 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
용제를 포함하지 않는, 실리콘 조성물. - 필름 기재와, 상기 필름 기재의 적어도 1면에 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 실리콘 조성물의 경화물로 이루어지는 층을 갖는, 박리 필름.
- 종이 기재와, 상기 종이 기재의 적어도 1면에 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 실리콘 조성물의 경화물로 이루어지는 층을 갖는, 박리지.
