Claims (3)
- S1) 딸기, 망고, 냉동된 우유 및 냉동된 요거트를 믹서기에 투입하고, 분쇄하는 단계;
S2) 정제수에 가공 유청단백질, 결정과당 및 복합 추출물을 넣고 혼합하는 단계; 및
S3) 상기 S1 및 S2에서 제조된 결과물을 고르게 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 복합 추출물은,
지황, 후박, 인삼 및 산사자를 분쇄, 건조 및 1:3:1:4의 중량비로 혼합하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 70%(w/v) 에탄올에 넣고, 3 내지 7시간 동안 침지시키는 단계;
상기 침지된 혼합물에서 에탄올을 제거하는 전처리 단계;
상기 전처리된 혼합물에 정제수를 투여하고, 열수추출하는 단계;
상기 열수추출된 혼합물에 유산균을 접종하고, 30 내지 40℃의 온도에서 5 내지 10일 동안 발효하는 단계; 및
상기 발효된 혼합물을 여과하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 것인, 딸기 및 망고를 포함하는 스무디 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S1 단계에서, 딸기 및 망고는 냉동된 우유 및 요거트 부피 대비 딸기는 20%(v/v), 망고는 10%(v/v)의 부피로 투입되는 것인, 딸기 및 망고를 포함하는 스무디 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가공 유청단백질은,
유청단백질 분말을 정제수에 용해시키는 단계;
상기 용해된 유청단백질에 레드와인 및 녹차잎을 넣어 혼합하고, 10 내지 15시간 동안 보관하는 단계;
상기 보관된 혼합물을 여과하는 단계; 및
상기 여과물을 분말화 하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 것인, 딸기 및 망고를 포함하는 스무디 제조방법.
