Claims (25)
- 전체 원유를 증기 분해하는 공정으로서, 상기 공정은:
전체 원유를 증기와 접촉시켜서 탄화수소의 일부를 휘발시키는 단계; 여기서 탄화수소 공급원료 및 증기를 접촉하는 단계;는 30 m/s 미만의 초기 상대 속도에서 진행되고;
비휘발된 탄화수소를 포함하는 액상으로부터 휘발된 탄화수소 및 증기를 포함하는 기상을 분리하는 단계;
기상의 탄화수소를 증기 분해하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 초기 상대 속도는, 상기 탄화수소 공급원료 및 증기의 초기 혼합 시의 탄화수소 공급원료 흐름 및 증기 흐름의 속도 차이인 것인, 공정. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 전체 원유 및 증기를 접촉하는 단계;는 1 m/s 내지 15 m/s 범위 내의 초기 상대 속도에서 진행되는 것인, 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전체 원유 및 증기를 접촉하는 단계;는 2 m/s 내지 10 m/s 범위 내의 초기 상대 속도에서 진행되는 것인, 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 100 미크론 초과의 D50을 가지는 탄화수소 액적(droplet)을 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 20 미크론 초과의 D10을 가지는 탄화수소 액적(droplet)을 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접촉하는 단계; 전에, 전체 원유를 이의 끓는점 온도 미만의 온도까지 예열하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 공정
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉하는 단계;는 상기 증기와 상기 전체 원유를 병류에서 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 것이고, 상기 분리하는 단계;는 사이클론 분리기에서 상기 액상으로부터 상기 기상을 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것인, 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증기 및 상기 전체 원유는 향류로 접촉되는 것인, 공정.

- 광비점 탄화수소 공급원료로부터 올레핀을 제조하는 시스템으로서, 상기 시스템은:
증기 유입구, 탄화수소 유입구, 기상 유출구 및 액상 유출구를 포함하는 휘발 장치;
탄화수소 유입구를 통해 도입된 탄화수소 공급물 및 증기 유입구를 통해 도입된 증기의 유량을 30 m/s 미만의 상대 접촉 속도로 유지하도록 구성되는 제어 시스템; 및
기상 유출구를 통해 회수된 휘발된 탄화수소를 전환하여 올레핀 및 방향족 화합물을 형성하는 증기 열분해 반응기;를 포함하고
상기 상대 접촉 속도는, 상기 탄화수소 공급원료 및 증기의 초기 혼합 시의 탄화수소 공급원료 흐름 및 증기 흐름의 속도 차이인 것인, 시스템. - 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 시스템은 탄화수소 유입구를 통해 도입된 탄화수소 공급물 및 증기 유입구를 통해 도입된 증기의 유량을 15 m/s 미만의 상대 접촉 속도로 유지하도록 구성되는 것인, 시스템.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 휘발 장치는 병류 흐름 구성으로 배열된 동심 파이프(concentric pipe)로 구성된 상기 증기 유입구 및 상기 탄화수소 유입구를 포함하는 것인, 시스템.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 휘발 장치는 동심 유입구로부터 병류로 흐르는 증기 및 탄화수소를 받도록 구성된 사이클론 분리기를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 시스템.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 휘발 장치는 향류 흐름 구성으로 배열된 상기 증기 유입구 및 탄화수소 유입구로 구성되는 것인, 시스템.
