Abstract
Description
상기 열분해유는 폐플라스틱 열분해유, 바이오매스 열분해유, 및 폐유 중 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 가스화 설비는 상기 액체 탄화 수소 슬러리를 가스화할 수 있다.
상기 산소는 농축산소이고, 상기 농축산소의 산소 농도는 50% 이상일 수 있다.
상기 가스화부는 상기 챔버 내에 스팀을 더 공급할 수 있다.
상기 가스화 설비는 상기 가스화부에서 생성된 상기 합성가스를 정제하는 정제부와, 상기 정제부에서 정제된 합성가스를 이용하여 기름, 수소, 및 전기 중 어느 하나 이상을 생산하는 에너지 생산부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 가스화 설비는 연속식일 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 가스화 설비를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 가스화부를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.

본 발명의 일 예에 따른 열분해유 가스화 시스템은, 폐기물을 열분해하는 열분해 설비; 및 상기 열분해 설비에서 생산되는 열분해유를 수집하고, 상기 열분해유를 포함하는 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 가스화하는 가스화 설비;를 포함하고, 상기 가스화 설비는, 상기 열분해 설비로부터 수집된 상기 열분해유를 이용하여 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 생성하는 연료 생성부와, 상기 연료 생성부로부터 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 전달받아 가스화하는 가스화부를 포함하며, 상기 가스화부는 챔버 내에 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물과 산소를 공급하여, 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 산소를 이용해 가스화하여 합성가스를 생성하는 열분해유 가스화 시스템에 있어서, 상기 가스화 설비는, 폐기물을 열분해 처리할 시 생성되는 열분해유를 상기 가스화부의 열분해 연료로 적용하기 위해 상기 열분해 설비로부터 고형 잔재물(char)을 더 획득하고, 상기 연료 생성부는, 상기 고형 잔재물을 상기 열분해유와 혼합하여 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 생성하며, 상기 고형 잔재물을 미분쇄하고, 이를 상기 열분해유에 혼합하여 액체 탄화수소 슬러리를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (12)
- 폐기물을 열분해하는 열분해 설비; 및
상기 열분해 설비에서 생산되는 열분해유를 수집하고, 상기 열분해유를 포함하는 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 가스화하는 가스화 설비;를 포함하고,
상기 가스화 설비는, 상기 열분해 설비로부터 수집된 상기 열분해유를 이용하여 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 생성하는 연료 생성부와, 상기 연료 생성부로부터 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 전달받아 가스화하는 가스화부를 포함하며,
상기 가스화부는 챔버 내에 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물과 산소를 공급하여, 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 산소를 이용해 가스화하여 합성가스를 생성하는 열분해유 가스화 시스템에 있어서,
상기 가스화 설비는, 폐기물을 열분해 처리할 시 생성되는 열분해유를 상기 가스화부의 열분해 연료로 적용하기 위해 상기 열분해 설비로부터 고형 잔재물(char)을 더 획득하고,
상기 연료 생성부는, 상기 고형 잔재물을 상기 열분해유와 혼합하여 상기 액체 탄화수소 폐기물을 생성하며,
상기 고형 잔재물을 미분쇄하고, 이를 상기 열분해유에 혼합하여 액체 탄화 수소 슬러리를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
