Abstract
일 실시예에 따른 차량은 모터에 전류를 공급하는 적어도 하나의 스위칭 소자; 상기 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터의 온도 정보를 획득하는 온도 센서; 상기 모터의 구동에 대응되는 클럭 신호를 송신하는 적어도 하나의 프로세서; 및 상기 클럭 신호를 수신하여 상기 트렌지스터에 구동 신호를 전달하는 드라이버;를 포함하고, 상기 컨버터는, 상기 온도 센서로부터 전달 받은 상기 온도 정보를 기초로 상기 구동 신호의 듀티(duty)를 결정할 수 있다.

Claims (14)
- 모터에 전류를 공급하는 적어도 하나의 스위칭 소자;
상기 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터의 온도 정보를 획득하는 온도 센서;
상기 모터의 구동에 대응되는 클럭 신호를 송신하는 적어도 하나의 프로세서; 및
상기 클럭 신호를 수신하여 상기 트랜지스터에 구동 신호를 전달하는 드라이버; 및
컨버터를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는 상기 트랜지스터의 온도가 증가하거나 감소하는 경우 상기 온도 센서의 센싱 전압을 보정하고,
상기 컨버터는,
상기 보정된 센싱 전압에 대응하여 상기 구동 신호의 듀티(duty)를 결정하는 차량. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 클럭 신호는 삼각파 신호를 포함하고,
상기 구동 신호는 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)신호를 포함하고,
상기 컨버터는, 상기 삼각파 신호를 상기 PWM신호로 변경하는 차량. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 트랜지스터의 온도 증가에 기초하여 상기 온도 센서의 센싱 전압을 보정하고,
상기 컨버터는,
보정된 상기 센싱 전압에 대응하여 상기 구동 신호의 듀티를 증가시키는 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 트랜지스터의 온도 감소에 기초하여 상기 온도 센서의 센싱 전압을 보정하고,
상기 컨버터는,
보정된 상기 센싱 전압에 대응하여 상기 구동 신호의 듀티를 감소시키는 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컨버터는,
상기 센싱 전압과 상기 클럭 신호의 교점을 기초로 상기 듀티를 결정하는 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 스위칭 소자는,
적어도 하나의 트랜지스터 소자로 마련되는 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서
상기 차량은,
HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle), BEV(Battery Electric Vehicle), PHEV(Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) 및 FCEV(Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle) 중 하나로 마련되는 차량.
- 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터의 온도 정보를 온도 센서를 통해서 획득하고
모터의 구동에 대응되는 클럭 신호를 송신하고,
상기 클럭 신호를 수신하여 상기 트랜지스터에 구동 신호를 전달하고,
상기 트랜지스터의 온도가 증가하거나 감소하는 경우 상기 온도 센서의 센싱 전압을 보정하고,
상기 보정된 센싱 전압에 대응하여 상기 구동 신호의 듀티(duty)를 결정하는 것을 포함하는 차량 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 클럭 신호는 삼각파 신호를 포함하고,
상기 구동 신호는 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)신호를 포함하고,
상기 삼각파 신호를 상기 PWM신호로 변경하는 것을 더 포함하는 차량 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 구동 신호의 듀티(duty)를 결정하는 것은,
상기 트랜지스터의 온도가 증가에 기초하여 센싱 전압을 보정하고,
보정된 상기 센싱 전압에 대응하여 상기 구동 신호의 듀티를 증가시키는 것을 포함하는 차량 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 구동 신호의 듀티(duty)를 결정하는 것은,
상기 트랜지스터의 온도가 감소에 기초하여 센싱 전압을 보정하고,
보정된 상기 센싱 전압에 대응하여 상기 구동 신호의 듀티를 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 차량 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 구동 신호의 듀티(duty)를 결정하는 것은,
상기 센싱 전압과 상기 클럭 신호의 교점을 기초로 상기 듀티를 결정하는 것을 포함하는 차량 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 스위칭 소자는,
적어도 하나의 트랜지스터 소자로 마련되는 차량 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서
상기 차량은,
HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle), BEV(Battery Electric Vehicle), PHEV(Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) 및 FCEV(Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle) 중 하나로 마련되는 차량 제어방법.
