Claims (15)
- 제 1 층; 상기 제 1 층을 향하여 병렬 위치에 있는 제 2 층을 포함하고, 상기 층들중 한 층 이상이 유체 투과성이고, 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 상기 제 1 층과 제 2 층사이에 위치하고, 상기 제 1 층과 제 2 층이 함께 결합하여 상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 건조 상태에 있을 때 거의 고정되어 있는 흡수 구조물로서,상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 상기 제 1 및 제 2 층사이의 연속 영역을 통해 거의 균일하게 분포되어 있고, 상기 연속 영역이 상기 층들사이의 여러개의 이격된 대역을 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 대역에 상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 거의 없음을 특징으로 하는 흡수 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 층들중 한 층이 유체 불투과성임을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 층들중 한 층 이상이 약 5% 이상의 연신율을 갖도록 연장가능함을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각각의 유체 투과성 층이 섬유를 포함하고, 바람직하게는 열가소성 물질을 또한 포함함을 더욱 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연속 영역이 약 0.001 g/cm2이상 및 바람직하게는 약 0.010 g/cm2이상의 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체 농도를 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 대역이 약 2 mm 이상 및 바람직하게는 약 4 mm 내지 약 50 mm의 치수를 하나 이상 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 대역이 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체를 약 2 중량% 미만 및 바람직하게는 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체를 약 1 중량% 미만 포함함을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 층이 복수의 상기 대역내의 부위에서 함께 결합함을 또한 특징으로 하는 흡수 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 층이 복수의 상기 대역의 둘레주위에서 함께 결합함을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 1 층; 상기 제 1 층을 향하여 병렬 위치에 있는 제 2 층을 포함하고, 상기 층들중 한 층 이상이 유체 투과성이고, 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 상기 제 1 층과 제 2 층사이에 위치하고, 상기 제 1 층과 제 2 층이 함께 결합하여 상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 건조 상태에 있을 때 거의 고정되어 있는 흡수 구조물로서,상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 높은 겔 투과성을 갖고, 상기 높은 겔 투과성 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 상기 제 1 및 제 2 층사이의 연속 영역을 통해 거의 균일하게 분포되어 있고, 상기 연속 영역이 상기 층들사이의 여러개의 이격된 대역을 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 대역에 상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 거의 없음을 특징으로 하는 흡수 구조물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 겔-연속성 유체 전달 영역을 형성함을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 하이드로겔 형성 중합체가 약 50 x 10-7cm3sec/g 이상 및 바람직하게는 약 100 x 10-7cm3sec/g 이상의 염수 유동 전도성 값을 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 높은 겔 투과성 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 약 23 g/g 이상의 압력하의 성능 용량을 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 유체 투과성 상부시이트, 상기 상부시이트와 결합된 유체 불투과성 배면시이트 및 상기 상부시이트와 상기 배면시이트사이에 위치한 흡수 구조물로서, 상기 구조물이 제 1 층; 상기 제 1 층을 향하여 병렬 위치에 있는 제 2 층을 포함하고, 상기 층들중 한 층 이상이 유체 투과성이고, 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 상기 제 1 층과 제 2 층사이에 위치하고, 상기 제 1 층과 제 2 층이 함께 결합하여 상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 건조 상태에 있을 때 거의 고정되어 있는 일회용 기저귀에 있어서,상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 상기 제 1 및 제 2 층사이의 연속 영역을 통해 거의 균일하게 분포되어 있고, 상기 연속 영역이 상기 층들사이의 여러개의 이격된 대역을 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 대역에 상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 거의 없음을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 하이드로겔 형성 흡수 중합체가 높은 겔 투과성을 갖는 일회용 기저귀.
