Description
Claims (11)
- 하나의 연료 유입 지지대와, 상기 연료 유입 지지대 안으로 잠금되게 삽입가능한 하나의 연료 필터를 포함하며, 상기 연료 유입 지지대 내측에 형성된 볼록부가 상기 연료 필터의 고정단부에 형성된 홈 안으로 맞물리도록 구성된 연료 분사 밸브, 특히 내연기관의 연료분사장치용 연료 분사 밸브에 있어서,상기 볼록부(67)는 내부에서 상기 연료 유입 지지대(60)의 개구수평단면이 계속적으로 수축되거나 확대되는 하나 이상의 경사진 측면 영역(80,81)을 구비하고 있으며,상기 홈(69)은 홈(69)을 구비한 상기 연료 필터(61)의 고정단부가 상기 볼록부(67)의 경사진 측면 영역들(80,81)에 밀착 접촉되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부(67)는 상기 연료 유입 지지대(60) 개구수평단면이 연료 흐름방향으로 갈수록 뾰족해지는 흐름상류측 경사 측면부(80)와, 상기 연료 유입 지지대(60) 개구수평단면이 연료 흐름방향으로 갈수록 확대되는 흐름하류측 경사 측면부(81)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 연료 필터(61)의 고정단부(62)와 상기 연료 유입 지지대(60) 사이에는 상기 경사진 측면 영역들(80,81)내에 형성된 접촉지점(82,83)에 의해 외측에서 상기 고정단부(62)의 방사상 팽창을 조정하는 균열틈(84a,84b,84c)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부(67)의 수평단면윤곽은 파도형으로 또는 부분원형으로 구부러져 있으며 제 1 곡률반경(R1)으로 만곡을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홈(69)의 수평단면윤곽은 파도형으로 또는 부분원형으로 구부러져 있으며 제 2 곡률반경(R2)으로 만곡을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 4항 및 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 곡률반경(R2)은 상기 제 1 곡률반경(R1)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홈(69)의 수평단면윤곽은 직각 형태 또는 사다리꼴 형태로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부(67)의 수평단면윤곽은 사다리꼴 형태, 특히 모서리가 둥근 사다리꼴 형태로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부(67)는 상기 연료 유입 지지대(60)의 내측에서, 그리고 상기 홈(69)은 상기 연료 필터(61)의 고정단부(62)의 외측에서 주위를 에워싸듯이(회전하듯이) 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 유입 지지대(60)는 금속으로 이루어져 있으며 상기 볼록부(67)는 늘어나지 않는 제조공법을 통하여, 특히 압연 또는 압착방법을 통해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 필터(61)의 고정단부(62)는 플라스틱재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
