Description
Claims (15)
- 고무, 카우촉 또는 그와 유사한 재료를 성형하기 위한 것으로, 사출실린더(20)와 그 내부에서 움직이는 사출피스톤(10)으로 이루어진 사출유닛이 구비되고, 상기 사출실린더는 사출피스톤에 구성된 피드채널(12)에 의해 충진되고 토출구를 통해 토출하며, 상기 피드채널에는 상기 토출구와 온도가 다른 최소한 1개의 오리피스(14)가 구비되고, 피드채널 영역의 온도(T1)는 재료(7)의 가황화와 같은 방법으로 조절되는 것이 방지되고, 토출구 영역의 온도(T3)는 가황화와 같은 방법으로 조절되는 사출성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오리피스(14)와 토출구는 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서,상기 사출피스톤(10) 그리고/또는 사출실린더는 사출피스톤이 삽입된 상태에서 토출구(24)로부터 오리피스(14)를 분리시키는 최소한 하나의 밀착면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제1항부터 제3항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 사출피스톤(10)은 그 자유단 측으로 테이퍼진 형태로 이루어지고, 사출실린더(20)의 바닥면은 여각을 이루게 되며, 상기 토출구(24)는 바닥면에서 사출피스톤의 선단이 그 내부로 돌출되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,피드채널의 오리피스는 상기 선단과 분리된 사출피스톤의 테이퍼 영역에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,사출피스톤의 자유단은 원뿔형으로 이루어지고, 상기 원뿔형 표면에 형성된 피드채널의 오리피스는 선단으로부터 분리되고, 사출실린더(20)의 바닥면은 원뿔형으로 으로 이루어지며, 토출구(24)는 선단 근처에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제1항부터 제6항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 삽입부재(16)는 사출피스톤의 자유단에 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 삽입부재(16)는 단열재로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제1항부터 제8항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서,사출실린더의 바닥면에는 마우스피스(25)가 구비되고, 상기 마우스피스에는 토출구(24)가 형성된 마우스피스 삽입부재(26)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 마우스피스 삽입부재(26)는 마우스피스(25)와 첫 번째 영역에서 열전도율이 높은 구조로 연결되며, 다른 영역에서 마우스피스(25)로부터 돌출되는 것을 특징으로하는 사출성형장치.
- 제1항부터 제10항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서,피드채널(12) 영역의 온도(T1)는 재료의 성형에 알맞은 70에서 80℃ 사이의 범위에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제1항부터 제11항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서,토출구(24) 근처의 온도는 토출구가 가황되어 가황된 재료가 성형틀(5)이 개방되었을 때 토출구에 형성된 돌기와 함께 배출되도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제1항부터 제12항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 마우스피스 삽입부재(26)는 단열재질로 이루어짐과 동시에/또는 상기 마우스피스 삽입부재(26)의 내면은 단열코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 마우스피스 삽입부재(26) 또는 코팅재는 V2A, V4A와 같은 크롬니켈강이나 세라믹으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제7항부터 제14항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 삽입부재는 V2A, V4A와 같은 크롬니켈강이나 세라믹으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
