Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 가이드 표면 (101, 102) 을 갖는 실제로 실린더형의 가이드 영역 (10) 및 상기 가이드 영역 (10) 으로부터 방사 방향으로 돌출되는 조종 영역 (11) 을 포함한 삽입 단부 (1) 를 갖도록 구성된 보오링 공구에 있어서, 상기 조종 영역 (11) 이 보오링 공구의 종축에 대해서 실제로 수직으로 뻗어 있는 조종 표면 (111, 112) 을 포함하고, 보오링 공구의 종축에 대해서 수직으로 원형 횡단면으로부터 벗어난 횡단면을 갖는 삽입 단부 (1) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보오링 공구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 영역 (10) 이 보오링 방향과 반대로 상기 조종 영역 (11) 에 연결된 삽입 단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보오링 공구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 영역 (10) 이 서로 간격을 두고 배치된 2 개의 상기 가이드 표면 (101, 102) 을 갖는 삽입 단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보오링 공구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 조종 표면 (111, 112) 에 하나의 조종 부재 (114) 가 제공된 삽입 단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보오링 공구.
- 보오링 공구를 수용하기 위한, 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 공구 호울더에 있어서, 상기 개구 (40) 를 가지고, 종축에 대해서 수직으로 뻗어 있는 지지체 (4) 에 대해서 축방향으로 변위 가능한 팽창 부쉬 (5) 를 포함하며, 상기 팽창 부쉬의 보오링 방향측 단부 영역은 내부 폭을 가지고, 상기 부쉬의 횡단면은 보오링 공구의 조종 영역 (11) 의 횡단면과 일치하며, 상기 개구 (40) 의 횡단면은 팽창 부쉬 (5) 의 제 2경계면 (50) 에 의해서 형성되는 쇼울더의 형성으로 인해 팽창 부쉬 (5) 의 보오링 방향측 단부 영역의 횡단면을 초과하며, 상기 제 2경계면은 보오링 방향을 향하는 지지체 (4) 의 제 1경계면을 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 호울더.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 개구 (40) 가 축방향으로 서로 앞·뒤로 연달아 배치된 2 개의 영역 (401, 402) 을 포함하며, 상기 개구 (40) 의 유입구로부터 시작되는 상기 영역 (402) 은 경계면 (41) 의 형성으로 인해 상기 추가 영역 (401) 의 횡단면을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 호울더.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 (4) 의 일부분이 링 (44) 으로 형성되며, 상기 링은 상기 개구 (40) 의 유입구로부터 시작되는 상기 영역 (402) 을 적어도 부분적으로 형성하고 상기 지지체 (4) 의 나머지 부분을 향해서 탄성 부재 (45) 의 파워에 대항하여 보오링 방향과 반대로 변위될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 호울더.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 링 (44) 이 상기 지지체 (4) 의 나머지 부분을 향해서 둘레 방향으로 적어도 부분적으로 변위될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 호울더.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 링 (44) 에는 하나 이상의 탄성 부재 (7) 가 배치되며, 상기 탄성 부재는 상기 링 (44) 의 외부 윤곽으로부터 돌출되고 팽창 부쉬 (5) 와 확실하게 결합될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 호울더.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 제 2 경계면 (50) 에는 하나 이상의 조종 부재 (51) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 호울더.
