Claims (13)
- N-비닐락탐(A), 불소 함유 불포화 단량체(B), 친수성 (메트)아크릴아미드(C), 둘 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일옥시 그룹을 갖는 가교결합제(D) 및 디카복실산 디비닐 에스테르(E)를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 공중합체를 포함하는 안용 렌즈 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이, 이의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, N-비닐락탐(A) 35 내지 70중량%, 불소 함유 불포화 단량체(B) 20 내지 50중량%, 친수성 (메트)아크릴아미드(C) 5 내지 40중량%, 둘 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일옥시 그룹을 갖는 가교결합제(D) 0.01 내지 1중량% 및 디카복실산 디비닐 에스테르(E) 0.01 내지 1중량%를 함유하는 안용 렌즈 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소 함유 불포화 단량체(B)가 플루오로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트인 안용 렌즈 재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 플루오로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트가 화학식 1의 화합물인 안용 렌즈 재료.화학식 1CH2=C(R1)-COO-(CH2)m-(CF2)n-CF2H위의 화학식 1에서,R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이고,m은 1 내지 4의 정수이고,n은 1 내지 10의 정수이다.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 친수성 (메트)아크릴아미드(C)가 화학식 2의 화합물인 안용 렌즈 재료.화학식 2CH2=C(R2)-CO-N(R3)(R4)위의 화학식 2에서,R2는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이고,R3과 R4는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹 또는 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이거나, R3과 R4는 결합하여 화학식 -(CH2)n-의 알킬렌 그룹(여기서, n은 4 내지 6의 정수이다) 또는 화학식 -(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2-의 2가 그룹을 형성한다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 친수성 (메트)아크릴아미드(C)가 아크릴아미드, N,N-디메틸아크릴아미드, N-하이드록시메틸아크릴아미드 및 N-아크릴로일모르폴린으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 안용 렌즈 재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 친수성 (메트)아크릴아미드(C)가 N-아크릴로일모르폴린인 안용 렌즈 재료.
- N-비닐락탐(A), 불소 함유 불포화 단량체(B), 친수성 (메트)아크릴아미드(C), 둘 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일옥시 그룹을 갖는 가교결합제(D) 및 디카복실산 디비닐 에스테르(E)를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 10시간-반감기 온도가 50℃ 이상인 열분해성 개시제를 사용하여 중합시킴을 포함하는, 안용 렌즈 재료의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이, 이의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, N-비닐락탐(A) 35 내지 70중량%, 불소 함유 불포화 단량체(B) 20 내지 50중량%, 친수성 (메트)아크릴아미드(C) 5 내지 40중량%, 둘 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일옥시 그룹을 갖는 가교결합제(D) 0.01 내지 1중량% 및 디카복실산 디비닐 에스테르(E) 0.01 내지 1중량%를 함유하고, 중합이 40℃ 이상의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 안용 렌즈 재료를 포함하는 안용 렌즈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 소프트 콘택트 렌즈인 안용 렌즈.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 함수율이 50중량% 이상이고, 인장 강도가 150g/mm2이상이고, 영률(Young's modulus)이 35 내지 150g/mm2이고, 광 투과율이 90% 이상이고, 20℃에서 72시간 동안 증류수 속에 침지시킨 경우의 용출률이 0.5중량% 미만인 안용 렌즈.
- N-비닐락탐(A), 불소 함유 불포화 단량체(B), 친수성 (메트)아크릴아미드(C), 둘 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일옥시 그룹을 갖는 가교결합제(D) 및 디카복실산 디비닐 에스테르(E)를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 공중합체.
