Claims (10)
- 열장유동분별법(thermal field flow fractionation)에 따라 측정한 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물의 수평균분자량이 약 50,000 내지 150,000이고 스티렌-부타디엔 고무가 1.8 내지 3.9의 광산란 대 굴절 지수비를 갖는, 스티렌 및 1,3-부타디엔으로부터 유도된 반복 단위로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물.
- 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물의 저장 탄성률에 대한 로그 주파수의 플롯이, 스티렌 부타디엔 고무의 동력학적 발진 주파수 쓸기(dynamic oscillation frequency sweep)에서 평행판 입체를 사용하여 90 내지 120℃에서 수행하는 경우 0.001 내지 100rad/sec의 주파수 범위에서 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물의 손실 탄성률에 대한 로그 주파수의 플롯과 교차하는, 스티렌 및 1,3-부타디엔으로부터 유도된 반복 단위로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물.
- 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물의 저장 탄성률에 대한 로그 주파수의 플롯이, 스티렌 부타디엔 고무의 동력학적 발진 주파수 쓸기에서 평행판 입체를 사용하여 90 내지 120℃에서 수행하는 경우 0.001 내지 100rad/sec의 주파수 범위에서 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물의 손실 탄성률에 대한 로그 주파수의 플롯과 교차하고, 열장유동분별법에 따라 측정한 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물의 수평균분자량이 약 50,000 내지 150,000이고 스티렌-부타디엔 고무가 1.8 내지 3.9 범위의 광산란 대 굴절 지수비를 갖는, 스티렌 및 1,3-부타디엔으로부터 유도된 반복 단위로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열장유동분별법에 따라 측정한 수평균분자량이 약 75,000 내지 140,000이고 스티렌-부타디엔 고무가 2.2 내지 3.0 범위의 광산란 대 굴절 지수비를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저장 탄성률에 대한 로그 주파수의 플롯이, 0.05 내지 1rad/sec의 주파수 범위에서 손실 탄성률에 대한 로그 주파수의 플롯과 교차함을 특징으로 하는 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물.
- (a) 물, (b) 에멀젼화제, (c) 중량평균분자량이 약 300,000 이상인 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 및 (d) 중량평균분자량이 약 280,000 미만인 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무로 이루어진 라텍스 조성물을 응집시킴을 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하고, 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 대 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 비가 약 80 : 20 내지 약 25 : 75의 범위이고 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 결합 스티렌 함량이 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 결합 스티렌 함량과 10% 이상 상이한 에멀젼 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 중량평균분자량이 약 400,000 내지 약 1,750,000의 범위이고 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 중량평균분자량이 약 70,000 내지 약 270,000의 범위이며, 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 결합 스티렌 함량이 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 결합 스티렌 함량과 15% 이상 상이하고, 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 대 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 비가 약 70 : 30 내지 약 30 : 70의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 및 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 라텍스가,(1) 물, 비누 시스템, 유리 라디칼 생성제, 1,3-부타디엔 단량체 및 스티렌 단량체를 제1 중합 영역 속에 충전시키는 단계,(2) 1,3-부타디엔 단량체 및 스티렌 단량체를 제1 중합 영역에서 약 15 내지 약 40%의 단량체 전환율로 공중합시켜 저전환율의 중합 매질을 생성하는 단계,(3) 저분자량 중합 매질을 제2 중합 영역 속에 충전시키는 단계,(4) 추가량의 1,3-부타디엔 단량체 및 추가량의 스티렌 단량체를 제2 중합 영역 속에 충전시키는 단계 및(5) 단량체 전환율이 약 50% 이상에 이를때까지 공중합을 계속 수행하여 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 라텍스를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물.
- (a) 물, (b) 에멀젼화제, (c) 중량평균분자량이 약 300,000 이상인 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 및 (d) 중량평균분자량이 약 280,000 미만인 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무를 포함하고, 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 대 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 비가 약 80 : 20 내지 약 25 : 75의 범위이고 고분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 결합 스티렌 함량이 저분자량 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 결합 스티렌 함량과 10% 이상 상이한 에멀젼 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 라텍스.
- 트레드(tread)가 노면 접촉에 적합하며, 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 에멀젼 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 조성물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하고, 외부 원주상 트레드를 갖는 일반적인 환상 몸체(carcass), 2개의 이격되어 있는 비드(bead), 비드로부터 비드로 연장되어 있는 하나 이상의 플라이(ply), 레디알 방향으로 연장되고 트레드를 비드에 연결시키는 측벽을 포함하는 타이어(tire).
