Claims (4)
- 절연기판 상에 도전체층 및 유전층의 적어도 1층을 형성하고,상기 1층 상에 레지스트층을 형성하고,상기 레지스트층을 복수의 분할영역으로 분할하여 노광하며,상기 노광된 레지스트층을 매개로 상기 1층을 에칭하여 소정 형상으로 패터닝하여 이루어지고,상기 노광의 경우에, 각 분할영역의 경계선을 지그제그로 형성하여 이웃한 다른 분할영역의 경계선과 맞물리게 함과 더불어, 상기 분할영역을 수평방향으로 분할하는 수평경계선과 수직방향으로 분할하는 수직경계선이 교차 또는 연속하는 부분에 있어서, 분할영역의 지그제그의 경계선을 대각방향으로 대향하는 다른 분할영역내까지 연장한 패턴으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수평경계선과 수직경계선이 직교하도록 상기 레지스트층을 분할하여 노광하고, 그 경우에, 수평경계선과 수직경계선이 직교하는 十자형상의 교차부에 있어서, 이웃한 4개의 분할영역중 적어도 1개의 분할영역의 경계선을, 상기 교차부를 사이에 두어 대각방향으로 인접하는 다른 분할영역내까지 연장한 패턴으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수평경계선과 수직경계선이 T자형상으로 교차하도록 상기 레지스트층을 분할하여 노광하고, 그 경우에, 수평경계선과 수직경계선의 T자형상의 교차부에 있어서, 이웃한 3개의 분할영역중 적어도 1개의 분할영역의 경계선을, 상기 교차부를 사이에 두어 대각방향으로 인접하는 다른 분할영역내까지 연장한 패턴으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수평경계선과 수직경계선이 L자형상으로 교차하도록 상기 레지스트층을 분할하여 노광하고, 그 경우에, 수평경계선과 수직경계선의 L자형상의 교차부에 있어서, 이웃한 2개의 분할영역중 적어도 한쪽의 분할영역의 경계선을, 상기 교차부를 사이에 두어 대각방향으로 다른쪽의 분할영역내까지 연장한 패턴으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
