Claims (38)
- 공중합체성 결합제 중의 잠재성 가교제와 착색제의 분산액을 포함하는 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 열가소성 조성물에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 올레핀형 단량체와 카르복실 측쇄기를 갖는 제2 단량체의 공중합 반응 생성물을 포함하고, 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 화합물(이의 염기성 염 포함)을 갖는 것인 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.화학식 I상기 식에서, R1은 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소 원자 수 1 내지 8개의 알킬기이고, R2는 H, 탄소 원자 수 1 내지 6개의 알킬기, -CN, 에스테르기 또는 -R3-COOH(여기서, R3은 임의의 알킬기임)이며, X 및 Y는 각각 올레핀형 단량체의 잔기 또는 제2 단량체의 잔기이고, n은 상기 올레핀형 단량체가 결합제 약 70 내지 99 몰%를 제공하도록 선택되는 수이며, m은 제2 단량체가 상응하게 결합제 약 1 내지 30 몰%를 제공하도록 선택되는 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀형 단량체는 에틸렌이고, 상기 제2 단량체는 아크릴산이거나 또는 메타크릴산 중 하나인 것인 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체성 결합제는 2차 결합제와 혼합되거나 또는 2차 결합제로 보충되는 것인 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 2차 결합제는 아크릴, 스티렌화 아크릴 또는 폴리우레탄 중합체인 것인 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 공유결합 가교제인 것인 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제I항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 멜라민 포름알데히드 수지류, 카르보이미드류, 에폭사이드류 및 옥사졸린류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.

- 올레핀계 물질로 제조된 표면층 또는 열 전사법에 의해 상기 표면층에 접착된 그래픽 층을 갖는 폴리우레탄계 코팅을 포함하는 역반사 물품으로서, 상기 그래픽 패턴은 제1항에서 정의한 색상층을 포함하는 것인 역반사 물품.

- a) 노출된 중합체성 표면을 갖는 기판을 제공하는 단계,b) 상기 중합체성 표면에 제1 가교결합성 결합제를 포함하는 코팅가능한 조성물을 코팅하는 단계,c) 상기 단계 b)의 생성물을 건조시켜 수분을 거의 전부 제거하는 단계,d) 상기 단계 c)의 생성물에 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 조성물을 도포하는 단계, 및e) 상기 단계 d)의 생성물을 열적으로 가교결합될 수 있는 조성물이 가교되기에 충분한 열에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하는, 그래픽 상을 갖는 그래픽 물품의 제조 방법.
