Claims (11)

- 제 3 항에 있어서, 화학식 IV에서 A가 -OH 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알콕시인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 치료적 용도를 위한 화합물.
- 활성 성분으로서의 제 1 항에 따른 화합물 및 임의로는 제약학적으로 허용가능한 담체, 보조제 및(또는) 희석제를 함께 함유하는 제약학적 제제.
- 인슐린 내성과 관련된 임상적 상태의 예방 및(또는) 치료를 위한 약제의 제조에 있어서 제 1 항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
- 제 1 항에 따른 화합물의 치료적 유효량을 예방 및(또는) 치료가 필요한 포유동물에 투여하는, 인슐린 내성과 관련된 임상적 상태의 예방 및(또는) 치료 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 인슐린 내성과 관련된 임상적 상태의 예방 및(또는) 치료가 이러한 상태에서의 이상지질혈증의 예방 및(또는) 치료인 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 인슐린 내성과 관련된 임상적 상태의 예방 및(또는) 치료가 비 인슐린 의존성 진성 당뇨병에서의 과혈당증의 예방 및(또는) 치료인 방법.
- 활성 성분이 제 1 항에 따른 화합물인, 인슐린 내성과 관련된 임상적 상태의 예방 및(또는) 치료에서 사용하기 위한 제약학적 제제.
