Claims (1)
- 상 제어신호를 공급하여 인버터부의 스위치소자를 스위칭시켜 IPM(Intelligent Power Module)을 구동하는 마이크로 컴퓨터와, 상기 인버터부에 과전류가 흐르거나 IPM에서 과온 검출시 스위치소자 및 마이크로 컴퓨터의 동작을 정지시키는 보호회로부로 구성된 보호회로에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 컴퓨터에서 출력되는 +,-상 제어신호의 상태를 입력받아 오아링하는 제1내지 제3오아게이트와, 과전류 또는 과온 검출신호 입력시 고장신호를 발생하는 고장신호 발생부와, 상기 고장신호 발생부와 제1내지 제3오아게이트의 출력신호를 앤드링하여, 마이크로 컴퓨터에서 스위칭소자를 온시키기 위한 +,-상 신호가 둘다 같거나 고장신호 입력시 상기 마이크로 컴퓨터로 인터럽트신호를 발생시켜 마이크로 컴퓨터 공급하여 출력을 차단하도록 하는 앤드게이트를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 아이피엠(IPM) 보호회로.
