Claims (2)
- 발열체에 대한 비접촉식 방사온도 측정장치에 있어서, 발열체의 수직위치에 설치되며 발열체의 크기와 이격거리에 따라 다각으로 구성되는 다면경회전체(20); 상기 다면경회전체를 중심으로 그 둘레에 직교하여 서로 마주하는 방식으로 배치되며 또한 상기 다면경회전체를 통하여 발열체의 반사 투과되는 적외선 에너지의 양을 발열체에 대해 90각도에서 측정하는 것으로 2차원 평면측정을 수행하는 4개의 방사에너지 센싱모듈(10,11,12,13); 기준펄스 입력을 받아 샘플링주기를 정하여 상기 방사에너지 센싱모듈에 의한 발열체의 방사량 검출 값과 상기 다면경회전체의 회전수 검출속도 값과 투과용 거울의 각도 검출 값을 연산 처리하여 정지 또는 고속이동 중인 발열체의 온도분포 및 경향 값을 산출해내는 상기 방사에너지 센싱모듈별 4개의 보조 CPU(30); 상기 보조 CPU의 각 모듈별 연산 검출 출력값을 받아 연산 처리하여 그 결과를 표시하고 출력하는 주CPU(50); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체의 방사온도 측정방법 및 측정장치.
- 발열체에 대한 비접촉식 방사온도 측정방법에 있어서, 전원 온에 의해 시스템구동이 개시될 때, 최근의 기억된 값들과 다면경회전체와 투과용 거울의 회전속도, 샘플링 주기를 정하여 다면경회전체의 회전속도를 설정치로 일치시키는 단계와, 발열체의 온도측정을 위한 샘플링주기의 설정이 완료되면 스타트 스캔신호 입력여부를 판단하는 단계와, 상기 스타트스캔 입력여부 판단단계에서 스타트신호가입력되면 스타트 각도 값을 인식하고 측정온도값 입력이 있으면 이를 미분하여 에지펄스를 생성시키는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 생성된 에지펄스의 (+)펄스 시간간격(t+)과 (-)펄스의 시간간격(t-)을 측정하여 두 값을 평균하는 것으로 에지검출 위치를 정하는 단계와, 상기의 에지 검출 위치에서 출력되는 값으로 발열체의 길이와 폭을 검출하여 각 센싱모듈 담당 CPU에 입력하여 온도검출회로에 의한 발열체의 온도검출 값에 연산 처리시키는 단계와, 상기 각 모듈별 발열체의 온도검출 데이터와 발열체의 형상정보를 주 CPU에서 일괄 처리하여 해당 발열체의 부위별 온도분포 및 경향 특성을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체의 방사온도 측정방법.
