Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식(I-a)로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(I-a)'라 함] 또는 하기일반식(I-b)로 표시되는 화합물(I-a)의 락톤체[이하, '화합물(I-b)'라 함]로 부터 하기 일반식(II-a)로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(II-a)'라 함] 또는 하기 일반식(II-b)으로 표시되는 화합물(II-a)의 락톤체[이하, '화합물(II-b)'라 함]를 생성하는 활성을 가지는 동시에 포자형성능을 가지지 않고 균사상으로 생육하지 않는 미생물, 전기 미생물의 배양물 또는 전기 배양물의 처리물을 효소원으로 이용하고, 화합물(I-a) 또는 화합물(I-b)를 수성매체 중에 넣어 전기 수성매체 중에서 화합물(II-a) 또는 화합물(II-b)를 생성, 축적시킨 다음, 전기 수성매체로 부터 화합물(II-a) 또는 화합물(II-b)를 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물(II-a) 또는 화합물(II-b)의 제조방법;상기 식에서,R1은 수소원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬 또는 알칼리금속 이고; 및,R2는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아릴이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,화합물(I-a)가 하기 일반식(III-a)로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화 합물(III-a)'라 함]이고, 화합물(I-b)가 하기 일반식(III-b)로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(III-b')'라 함]이며, 화합물(II-a)가 하기 일반식(IV-a)로 표시되는 화합물[이하, ' 화합물(IV-a)'라 함]이고, 화합물(II-b)가 하기 일반식(IV-b)인 화합물[이하, '화합물(IV-b)'라 함]인제조방법;상기 식에서,R1은 수소원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬 또는 알칼리 금 속이고; 및,R2는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아릴이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,화합물(I-a)가 하기 일반식(V-a)으로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(V-a)'라 함]이고, 화합물(I-b)는 하기 일반식(V-b)으로표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(V-b)'라 함]이며, 화합물(II-a) 는 하기 일반식(VI-a)으로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(VI- a)'라 함]이고, 화합물(II-b)는 하기 일반식(VI-b)으로 표시되 는 화합물[이하, '화합물(VI-b)'라 함]인제조방법;상기 식에서,R1은 수소원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬 또는 알칼리 금 속이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,화합물(I-a)는 하기 일반식(VII-a)로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(VII-a)'라 함]이고, 화합물(I-b)는 하기 일반식(VII-b) 로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(VII-b)'라 함]이며, 화합물(II-a)는 하기 일반식(VIII-a)로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(VIII-a)'라 함]이고, 화합물(II-b)는 하기 일반식(VIII-b)로 표시되는 화합물[이하, '화합물(VIII-b)'라 함]인제조방법;상기 식에서,R1은 수소원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬 또는 알칼리 금 속이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,미생물의 배양물의 처리물은 배양균체, 전기 균체의 건조물, 동 결건조물, 계면 활성제 처리물, 효소처리물, 초음파처리물, 기 계적 마쇄물, 용매처리물 등의 균체처리물, 균체의 단백분획물, 균체 및 균체 처리물의 고정화물로 부터 선택되는 처리물인제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,미생물은Mycobacterium속,Corynebacterium속,Brevibacterium속,Rhodococcus속,Gordona속,Arthrobacter속,Micrococcus속,Cellulomonas속, 및Sphingomonas속에 속하는 미생물로 부 터 선택되어지는 미생물인제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,미생물은Mycobacterium phlei,Mycobacterium smegmatis,Mycobacterium thermoresistibile,Mycobacterium neoaurum,Mycobacterium parafortuitum,Mycobacterium gilvum,Rhodococcus globerulus,Rhodococcus equi,Rhodococcus erythropolis,Rhodococcus rhodochrous,Rhodococcus rhodnii,Rhodococcus ruber,Rhodococcus coprophilus,Rhodococcus fascians,Gordona amarae,Gordona rubropertinctus,Gordona bronchialis,Gordona sputi,Gordona aichiensis,Gordona terrae,Corynebacterium glutamicum,Corynebacterium mycetoides,Corynebacterium variabilis,Corynebacterium ammoniagenes,Arthrobacter crystallopoietes,Arthrobacter duodecadis,Arthrobacter ramosus,Arthrobacter sulfureus,Arthrobacter aurescens,Arthrobacter citreus,Arthrobacter globiformis,Brevibacterium acetylicum,Brevibacterium linens,Brevibacterium incertum,Brevibacterium iodinum,Micrococcus luteus,Micrococcus roseus,Cellulomonas cellulans,Cellulomonas cartae,Sphingomonas paucimobilis,Sphingomonas adhaesiva, 및Sphingomonas terrae로 부터 선택 되어지는 미생물인제조방법.
