Description
Claims (10)
- 하우징(1)과, 이 하우징으로부터 입력측이 돌출되고, 또한 0점 위치로부터 빠져 나와서 스프링 장치 및 댐핑 장치의 저항에 대항하여 각각 2 방향으로 움직일 수 있도록 구성된 피스톤 부재(3)를 포함하는, 철도 차량 및 휠 차량의 커플링 장치를 위한 견인/압착-버퍼에 있어서,하우징(1)으로부터 빼내진 위치로부터 0점 위치의 방향으로 이루어지는 피스톤 부재(3)의 복원 동작을 댐핑하기 위해서 유압식 댐핑 장치가 제공되며, 이 유압식 댐핑 장치는 피스톤 부재(3)를 둘러싸는 링형의 유압식 작동 챔버(32)를 포함하고, 이 작동 챔버는 적어도 하나의 과류 채널(31)에 의해 과류 챔버(29)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 부재(3)는 원통형 공동부(13)를 둘러싸는 중공 피스톤으로 형성되며, 원통형 공동부(13) 내부에 있는 상기 과류 챔버(29)는 상기 공동부 내에서 밀봉 방식으로 이동 가능하게 가이드 되는 분리용 피스톤(28)에 의해 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 분리용 피스톤(28)은 중공 피스톤에 의해 둘러싸인 원통형 공동부(13)를 과류 챔버(29) 및 스프링 챔버(30)로 세분하는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 링형의 유압식 작동 챔버(32)는 축방향으로 링형 피스톤(33)에 의해서 폐쇄되며, 상기 링형 피스톤은 하우징(1)의 내부면(15)에서 및 피스톤 부재(3)의 외부면(34)에서 밀봉 방식으로 가이드 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 부재(3)의 외부면(34)은 종동부(38)를 포함하며, 상기 종동부는 피스톤 부재(3)가 0점 위치로부터 삽입될 때 링형 피스톤(33)을 따라 가이드 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 부재(3)가 하우징(1) 내부로 삽입되는 것을 댐핑하기 위해서 유압식 댐핑 장치가 제공되며, 상기 댐핑 장치는 피스톤 부재(3), 하우징(1) 및 중간벽(10)에 의해 제한되는 유압식 고압 챔버(17)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 하우징(1)은 유압식 공동부를 포함하고, 상기 공동부는 하우징내에서 밀봉 방식으로 이동 가능하게 가이드 되는 분리용 피스톤(21)에 의해 스프링 챔버(27) 및 유압식 저압 챔버(19)로 세분되며, 상기 저압 챔버(19)는 적어도 하나의 과류 채널(18)에 의해 고압 챔버(17)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 과류 채널(18)에는 유동 횡단면에 영향을 미치는 조절 소자(22; 41)가 할당되며, 상기 조절 소자는 피스톤 부재(3)와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간벽(10)은 고압 챔버(17)를 저압 챔버(19)와 연결시키는 적어도 하나의 과부하 채널(23)을 포함하며, 상기 과부하 채널에는 과압 밸브(24)가 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,피스톤 부재(3)가 하우징(1)으로부터 빼내지는 것을 댐핑하는 유압식 댐핑 장치의 적어도 하나의 과류 채널(31)에는, 일측에서 작용하는 스로틀 밸브(35; 43)가 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인/압착-버퍼.
