Claims (5)
- (1) 폴리올 혼합물과 폴리이소시아네이트를 축합 반응시켜 이소시아네이트기 말단의 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 제조하는 단계;(2) 상기 이소시아네이트기 말단의 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 물에 분산시키는 단계;(3) 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머의 수분산물을 폴리아민을 이용하여 쇄연장하는 단계; 및(4) 상기 (3)단계의 쇄연장된 분산물에 가교제를 첨가하여 후경화시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 열성형용 일액형 수성 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (3)단계의 폴리아민은 에틸렌 디아민, 디에틸렌 트리아민, 트리에틸렌 테트라민, 테트라 에틸렌 펜타민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 진공 열성형용 일액형 수성 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (4)단계의 가교제는 카아보디이미드, 옥사졸린 및 에폭시계 가교제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 진공 열성형용 일액형 수성 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (4)단계의 후경화시의 반응 온도는 25℃∼80℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 열성형용 일액형 수성 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 진공 열성형용 일액형 수성 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물.
