Claims (11)
- 가열가능한 교반 반응기(1) 및 그 하류의 관형 반응기(4)로 필수적으로 이루어지되, 상기 교반 반응기(1)가 탱크 형상 때문에 고형물을 함유할 수 없는 대역을 함유하고 상기 관형 반응기(4) 또는 그의 공급 라인이 상기 고형물-비함유 대역 안으로 연장되는, 하기 화학식 I의 염 용액, 및 이들의 혼합물의 제조장치.화학식 IMDX4상기 식에서,M은 Li, Na, K, Rb, 또는 Cs이고,D는 Al, Ga, In, 또는 Tl이고,X는 F, Cl, Br, 또는 I이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,관형 반응기(4)가 수직으로 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,출발 물질의 첨가 또는 혼합을 제어하기 위한 고형물 계량 유닛(2,3)이 교반 반응기(1)의 상류에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속 과립(D)으로 충전된 칼럼 또는 탑(5), 및 알칼리 금속 염(MX)으로 충전된 칼럼 또는 탑(6)으로 이루어진 정제 유닛(5,6)이 관형 반응기(4)의 하류에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 하기 화학식 II의 금속 할라이드를 하기 화학식 III의 알칼리 금속 염과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 I의 용융염을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응을 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치에서 반응시키되, 먼저 교반 반응기(1)중에서 수행한 다음 관형 반응기(4)중에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 화학식 I의 용융염의 제조방법.화학식 IMDX4화학식 IIDX3화학식 IIIMX상기 식에서,M은 Li, Na, K, Rb, 또는 Cs이고,D는 Al, Ga, In, 또는 Tl이고,X는 F, Cl, Br, 또는 I이다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,염이 교반 반응기(1) 및 관형 반응기(4)에서 상이한 온도에서 반응됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,염이 50 내지 800℃의 온도에서 반응됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,반응이 연속적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전기화학 전지, 배터리, 나트륨 배터리 및 1차 배터리중 금속 전해질로서 사용되는, 제 1 항에서 정의되고 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 화학식 I의 염의 용도.
- 열 저장 매질 또는 열 전달 매질로서 사용되는, 제 1 항에서 정의되고 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 화학식 I의 염의 용도.
- 용융 금속을 블랭켓팅하고 정제하기 위해 사용되거나, 물질을 전기코팅하기 위해 사용되는, 제 1 항에서 정의되고 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 화학식 I의 염의 용도.
