- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항의 대장균을 배양하고 균체를 파쇄한 후 원심분리하여 상등액을 얻고; 이 상등액으로 1차 HIS-BIND 크로마토그래피를 수행하여 꼬리 단백질과 C-말단 분비형 인간 인터루킨-16의 융합 단백질을 포함하는 용출액을 얻고; 이 용출액을 엔테로카이네이즈와 반응시켜 상기 융합 단백질을 꼬리 단백질과 C-말단 분비형 인간 인터루킨-16으로 절단한 다음; 이 반응액으로 2차 HIS-BIND 크로마토그래피를 수행하여 C-말단 분비형 인간 인터루킨-16을 포함하고 수지와 결합하지 않는 분획을 얻고; 이 분획으로부터 인간 인터루킨-16을 정제하는 단계를 포함하는, 인간 인터루킨-16의 생산 방법.
