Claims (4)
- 서로 결합하는 제1커넥터 및 제2커넥터로 이루어지고, 상기 제1커넥터는 절연성의 제1하우징과 상기 제1하우징에 고정되는 제1콘택트를 갖고, 상기 제2커넥터는 절연성의 제2하우징과 제2하우징에 고정되는 제2콘택트를 갖는 전기 커넥터 조립체에 있어서,상기 제1콘택트 및 제2콘택트 각각은 상기 제1하우징 또는 제2하우징에 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부로부터 연장하여 상대 콘택트에 접촉하는 접촉부와, 상기 고정부로부터 연장하여 회로기판에 접속되는 기판접속부를 갖고,상기 제1콘택트 및 제2콘택트의 상기 고정부 및 기판접속부는 금속판을 타발가공만을 행함으로써 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 제1콘택트 및 제2콘택트의 상기 접촉부는 금속판을 타발가공한 후 베이스 부근에서 비틀림하여 형성되며,이에 따라 상기 접촉부의 롤면끼리 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1콘택트는 상기 제1하우징의 길이방향에 직교하는 방향을 따라 분리됨과 동시에 상기 제1하우징의 벽에 지지되는 한 쌍의 접촉부를 갖고,상기 제2콘택트는 상기 제1콘택트의 상기 한 쌍의 접촉부사이에 삽입되고 제2하우징의 비교적 폭이 넓은 벽판에 형성된 관통공 내에 대향배치되는 한 쌍의탄성접촉부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2콘택트의 상기 한 쌍의 탄성접촉부가 상기 제1콘택트 및 제2콘택트의 결합방향을 따라 서로 다른 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 조립체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1커넥터의 상기 제1하우징은 상기 제1콘택트의 상기 고정부가 고정되는 하우징과, 상기 제1콘택트의 상기 기판접속부를 위치결정하는 하우징의 두개로 구성되고,이들 두개의 하우징은 상기 제1하우징의 길이방향 양단에 설치된 솔더백에 의해 서로의 가동범위가 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 조립체.
