Claims (14)
- 전기 모터(10)의 출력 샤프트(16)는 원통형 케이싱(24)을 포함하는 감속 유성 기어 트레인(22)을 개재하여 동축 관성형 드라이브를 회전 구동시키며, 상기 유성 기어 트레인(22)의 내부 치형부를 가진 크라운 링(58)은 상기 원통형 케이싱(24)내에 회전하도록 장착되는 형태이며; 상기 크라운 링(58)은 마찰형 토크 리미터 장치에 의해 케이싱(24)에 회전 결합되며, 상기 토크 리미터 장치는 크라운 링(58)과 횡방향 플랜지(30, 34) 사이에서 축방향으로 개재되며, 케이싱(24)에 대해서 회전 결합된 디스크(88, 89)의 그리고 크라운 링(58)의 적어도 하나의 환형 마찰 측면(82, 84)으로 구성되며, 상기 측면(82, 84)은 디스크(88, 89)의 반응 표면상에서 축방향으로 지지되는 탄성 요소(112)에 의해서 서로를 향해 축방향으로 그리고 탄성적으로 가압되는 형태인 자동차 시동기에 있어서,상기 디스크(88, 89)는 상기 크라운 링(58)에 전달되는 토크의 변동을 감소시키는 방법으로 압축되는 경우에 기계적인 에너지를 흡수하는 것으로 탄성적으로 변형가능한 적어도 하나의 댐퍼 블록(92)에 의해서 상기 케이싱(24)에 회전되게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디스크(88)의 반동 표면과 탄성 요소(112) 사이의 마찰로 인한 저항 토크가 상기 디스크(88)와 상기 크라운 링(58) 사이의 토크보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이싱(24)의 외주연부에는 적어도 하나의 축방향 리세스(94)가 있으며, 상기 리세스(94)는 각도를 제한하며, 적어도 하나의 댐퍼 블록(92)이 박혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디스크(88, 89)의 외주연부에는 적어도 하나의 러그(96)가 있으며, 상기 러그(96)는 상기 축방향 리세스(94) 내측에서 축방향으로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 압축 태브(100)를 지지하며, 상기 댐퍼 블록(92)은 압축 태브(100)의 적어도 하나의 축방향 면과 상기 축방향 리세스(94)의 대향 측면 사이에서 일정한 방법으로 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 각 압축 태브(100)는 상기 동일한 축방향 리세스(94)내에 박힌 2개의댐퍼 블록(92) 사이에서 일정한 방법으로 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 댐퍼 블록(92)이 축방향 슬롯(102)을 포함하는 단일 댐퍼 요소(93)로서 형성되며, 상기 압축 태브(100)가 상기 댐퍼 요소(93)에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디스크(88, 89)가 판금을 절취하고 접어서 형성된 구성요소로서, 상기 러그(96) 및 압축 태브(100)는 단일편으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 각 압축 태브(100)가 2개의 인접한 블록(92) 사이에 수용되어, 시동기의 회전 방향에 따라서 하나 또는 다른 하나와 상호작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼 블록(92)이 엘라스토머 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼 블록(92)은 축방향으로 배향된 측면상에 돌기(122)를 포함하여, 실질적으로 접선방향을 따라서 댐퍼 블록(92)의 압축의 기능으로서 변할 수 있는 에너지 흡수 능력을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,몇 개의 댐퍼 블록(92)이 일정 각도로 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼 블록(92)이 환형 슬리브(106)를 구성하도록 함께 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디스크(88)와 상기 탄성 요소(112) 사이에 중간 링(90)이 개재되며, 상기 링(90)과 상기 디스크(88) 사이의 내마찰 토크가 상기 디스크(88)와 상기 크라운 링(58) 사이의 토크보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 링(90)이 상기 케이싱(24)에 대한 회전이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 시동기.
