Claims (20)
- 기재수지, Ca 이온이 이온교환에 의해 결합된 다공질 실리카입자로부터 제조된 부식억제제, 폴리포스페이트 및 선택적으로 다른 안료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 표면에 내식 및 내습성 도료층을 형성하기 위한 도료조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기재수지가 폴리에스테르, 고분자 폴리에스테르, 에폭시, 에폭시변성 폴리에스테르, 에폭시변성 고분자 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르 술포네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부식억제제가 Ca이온이 3 내지 40%의 비율로 결합된 다공질 실리카 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지성분 100 중량부를 기준으로 부식억제제를 2 내지 50 중량부의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리포스페이트가 하나 이상의 알루미늄 피로포스페이트, 알루미늄 메타포스페이트, 또는 알루미늄 디히드로겐트리폴리포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부식억제제 및 폴리포스페이트를 각각 A 및 B로 표시할 때 60/40 내지 5/95의 A/B 중량비 및 수지성분 100중량부를 기준으로 5 내지 150 중량부의 A+B 비율로 부식억제제 및 폴리포스페이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다른 안료가 산화티타늄, 탄산칼슘 및 실리카중 한가지 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료조성물.
- 기재금속판의 표면에 형성된 기재수지, Ca 이온이 이온교환에 의해 결합된 다공질 실리카입자로 제조된 부식억제제, 폴리포스페이트 및 선택적으로 다른 안료를 포함하는 도료층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 기재금속판이 Zn, Zn-Al 또는 Al도금층으로 피복된 강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 기재금속판이 하나 이상의 크롬산, 인산, 규산, 지르코늄산, 망간산, 티타늄산, 플루오르화수소산을 함유하는 화학약품으로 화학적으로 처리된 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 기재금속판이 플루오로산중 적어도 한가지를 함유하는 화학약품으로 화학적으로 처리된 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 플루오로산이 H2TiF6, H2ZrF6, H2HfF6, H2SiF6, H2SnF6및 HBF4중 한가지 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 침착된 플루오르로 계산된 0.5 내지 500 mg/m2의 비율 및/또는 총 침착된 금속으로 계산된 0.1 내지 500 mg/m2의 비율로 강판의 표면에 플루오르화물이 침착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 도료층은 하부도막이고 그위에 상부도막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 기재수지가 폴리에스테르, 고분자 폴리에스테르, 에폭시, 에폭시변성 폴리에스테르, 에폭시변성 고분자 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르 술포네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 부식억제제가 Ca이온이 3 내지 40%의 비율로 결합된 다공질 실리카입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 부식억제제를 수지성분 100 중량부를 기준으로 2 내지 50중량부의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 폴리포스페이트가 알루미늄 피로포스페이트, 알루미늄 메타포스페이트 또는 알루미늄 디히드로겐트리폴리포스페이트중 한가지 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 부식억제제 및 폴리포스페이트를 각각 A 및 B로 표시할 때 60/40 내지 5/95의 A/B 중량비 및 수지성분 100중량부를 기준으로 5 내지 150 중량부의 A+B 비율로 부식억제제 및 폴리포스페이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장금속판.
