Claims (17)
- 미네날 오일 및 실리콘 오일, 젤화제를 용융시켜 오일용액을 만드는 공정,상기와 같이 제조된 오일용액에 수지를 혼합하는 공정,상기 혼합물을 150℃에서 250℃까지 가열하여 용융시키는 공정,상기 혼합물을 가열하여 용융시키는 공정 중에 소정의 온도가 되었을 때 상기 실리콘 오일을 폴리머로 변환시키는 중합개시제를 첨가하여 상기 수지와 상기 실리콘 오일이 중합반응에 의하여 결합하도록 하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지는 폴리이소프렌수지와 SEBS수지를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 SEBS 수지는 스틸렌블록이 29∼33w%, 에틸렌블록이 67∼71w%이고, 중량평균 분자량이 50,000∼240,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 분산매 오일 중 미네랄 오일과 실리콘 오일의 비율은 각각 80wt%와 20wt%의 비율로 이루어지고, 상기 수지 중 폴리이소프렌과 SEBS 블록공중합체의 비율은 각각 30wt%와 70wt%의 비율로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합개시제는 퍼옥사이드, 산 , 유기금속 시약 중 선택되는 어느 하나를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일용액을 용융시키는 공정 중에 틱소겔(Tixogel) 또는 테트라에틸암모늄 브로마이드(tetraethylammonoium bromid)로 된 겔화제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 수지를 혼합하는 공정 중에 헥사디메틸렌 브로마이드(hexadimethrine bromide), 트리클로르메틸 포스포나이트(tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate) 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 난연제와, 폴리부텐(polybutene)의 점착제와, 이가녹스(Iganox)의 산화방지제와, 폴리옥시에틸렌 올레이 에스테르(polyoxyethyleneoleyl ester)의 계면활성제와, Deformer AT3의 기포제거제가 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 미네랄 오일 및 실리콘 오일은 80∼85wt%, 상기 수지는 15∼20wt%, 상기 점착제는 3∼10tw%, 상기 산화방지제는 0.8∼1.5wt%, 상기 난연제는 3∼8wt%, 젤화제는 5∼10wt%, 상기 계면활성제는 0.1∼0.8wt%, 상기 기포제거제는 0.1∼0.5wt%로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤의 제조방법.
- 수지와 분산매 오일과 복수의 첨가물을 혼합 용융하여 구성되는 탄성 고분자 젤에 있어서,적어도 상기 오일 중 일부가 상기 수지와 폴리머 중합반응에 의하여 결합되도록 하는 중합개시제가 상기 첨가물에 0.5 - 1 wt%를 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 분산매 오일은 미네랄 오일과 실리콘 오일 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 오일을 포함하고, 상기 수지는 폴리이소프렌과 SEBS 블록공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 SEBS 수지는 스틸렌블록이 29∼33w%, 에틸렌블록이 67∼71w%이고, 중량평균 분자량이 50,000∼240,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 중합개시제는 퍼옥사이드, 산 , 유기금속 시약 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 첨가물은 겔화제, 난연제와, 부여수지제, 산화방지제, 계면활성제, 기포제거제 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 분산매 오일과 수지의 비율은 각각 80∼85w%, 15∼20w%로 구성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 분산매 오일 중 미네랄 오일과 실리콘 오일의 비율은 각각 80wt%와 20wt%의 비율로 이루어지고, 상기 수지 중 폴리이소프렌과 SEBS 블록공중합체의 비율은 각각 30wt%와 70wt%의 비율로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자젤.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 겔화제는 틱소겔(Tixogel) 또는 테트라에틸암모늄 브로마이드(tetraethylammonoium bromid)로 되고, 상기 난연제는 헥사디메틸렌 브로마이드(hexadimethrine bromide), 트리클로르메틸 포스포나이트(tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate) 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상으로 되고, 상기 점착제는 폴리부텐(polybutene)으로 되고, 상기 산화방지제는 이가녹스(Iganox)로 되고, 상기 계면활성제는 폴리옥시에틸렌 올레이 에스테르(polyoxyethyleneoleyl ester)로 되고, 상기 기포제거제는 디포머(Deformer)AT3로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 첨가제의 비율은 상기 분산매 및 상기 수지를 합한 총량에 대하여 겔화제는 5∼10wt%, 점착제는 3∼10tw%, 산화방지제는 0.8∼1.5wt%, 난연제는 상기 3∼8wt%, 계면활성제는 0.1∼0.8wt%, 기포제거제는 0.1∼0.5wt%로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 고분자 젤.
