Claims (3)
- 소정의 질량을 갖는 질량체와, 이 질량체의 이동방향을 규제하는 축과, 상기 질량체를 소정의 방향으로 밀어부치는 탄성부재와, 상기 질량체가 상기 소정의 방향과 반대방향으로 상기 탄성부재의 탄성력에 반해서 상기 축을 따라 소정의 거리이동했을 때에 ON하는 스위치를 구비한 가속도검지장치의 감도의 설정을, 상기 탄성부재의 특성을 조정하는 동시에, 상기 질량체의 상기 축방향의 치수를 조정함으로써 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가속도검지장치의 감도설정방법.
- 소정의 질량을 갖는 질량체와, 이 질량체에 고정되고, 이 질량체와 함께 이동하는 가동접점과 상기 질량체의 이동방향을 규제하고, 상기 질량체를 접동가능하게 지지하는 접동축과, 상기 질량체를 소정의 방향으로 밀어부치는 탄성부재와, 상기 질량체, 상기 가동접점, 상기 접동축 및 상기 탄성부재를 수납하는 용기와, 상기 용기의 내면에 서로 대향해서 상기 접동축을 끼도록 설치되고, 상기 질량체가 상기 소정의 방향과 반대방향으로 상기 탄성부재의 탄성력에 반해서 상기 접동축을 따라, 소정의 거리이동했을 때에 상기 가동접점이 접촉하는 고정접점을 구비한 가속도검지장치의 감도의 설정을, 당해 가속도검지장치의 상기 접동축방향의 치수, 상기 고정접점의 상기 용기내면에의 설치위치, 및 상기 고정접점과 접촉하는 상기 가동접점부분의 상기 질량체선단으로부터의 위치가 미리 정해져 있을 때, 상기 탄성부재의 특성을 조정하는 동시에 상기 질량체의 상기 접동축방향의 치수를 조정함으로써 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가속도검지장치의 감도설정방법.
- 소정의 질량을 갖는 질량체와, 이 질량체에 고정하고, 이 질량체와 함께 이동하는 가동접점과 상기 질량체의 이동방향을 규제하고, 상기 질량체를 접동가능하게 지지하는 접동축과, 상기 질량체를 소정의 방향으로 밀어부치는 탄성부재와, 상기 질량체, 상기 가동접점, 상기 접동축, 및 상기 탄성부재를 수납하는 용기와, 상기 용기내면에 서로 대향해서 상기 접동축을 끼도록 설치되고 상기 소정의 방향과 반대방향으로 상기 탄성부재의 탄성력에 반대해서 상기 접동축을 따라 소정의 거리이동했을 때에 상기 가동접점이 접촉하는 고정접점을 구비하고, 상기 탄성부재의 구부림-하중특성이 비선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 가속도검지장치.
