Claims (12)
- i) 제조 대상 작업부재의 블랭크 자유 표면에 금속성 아연 기재 층을 기계적으로 침적하는 단계, 및ⅱ) 상기 작업부재를 소성 변형에 의해 성형하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,성형 작업 이전에 적용된 금속성 아연 기재 층에, 일 층의 윤활제를 추가 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,금속성 아연 기재 층은, 아연 기재 합금으로 이루어지는 적어도 하나의 외층을 갖는 숏(shot)블라스팅으로 기계적으로 침적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,금속성 아연 기재 층은, 철 기재 합금으로 이루어지는 숏과 아연 기재 합금을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 외층을 갖는 숏의 혼합물의 도움으로 블라스팅으로 기계적으로 침적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,금속성 아연 기재 층은, 아연 분말 상태에서 철 기재 합금의 숏블라스팅으로 기계적으로 침적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,윤활제의 층은, 특히 흑연입자 기재의 액체 현탁액의 적용에 의해, 액체 형태로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,윤활제의 층은, 고체 형태, 특히 이황화몰리브덴 또는 테플론 형태로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속성 아연 기재 층을 형성하는 기계적으로 침적된 코팅은 아연입자, 아연입자와 철입자, 또는 아연-철 합금의 입자의 혼합물을, 바람직하게는 50 내지 250 mg/dm2의 양으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 적용된 윤활제의 층은 300 mg/dm2의 양까지 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉간 변형은 냉간 프레스 작업인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉간 변형은 냉간 단조 작업 또는 금속 압출 작업인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉간 변형 작업은 와이어 인발 작업인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
