Claims (15)
- 공통기준에 대한 주어진 위치에서 수신된 다수의 전송원 신호의 시간, 위상, 주파수, 또는 그 파생물의 오프셋의 리스트나, 거리 또는 그 파생물의 오프셋으로 표현된 그들 동등물을 생성하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 위치가 공지되거나 결정되는 하나 이상의 수신기로부터, 서로 또는 각 수신기의 기준원에 대한 전송원으로부터 수신된 각 신호의 시간, 위상, 주파수, 또는 그 파생물의 오프셋으로 이루어진 데이터를 획득하는 단계와,(b) 상기 획득된 데이터를 조합하여 상기 공통기준에 대한 오프셋의 리스트를 계산하는 단계를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법을 포함하고, 공지되지 않은 하나 이상의 수신기의 위치를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공통기준은 외부기준으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 공통기준은 GPS 신호로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 수신기로부터 데이터를 획득하는 단계는 공통 위치로부터 상기 데이터의 획득을 유발하는 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 수신기로부터 데이터를 획득하는 단계는 각각의 상기 수신기에 의해 결정된 시간에 각각의 상기 수신기로부터 상기 데이터의 획득을 유발하는 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 방법.

- 공통기준에 대한 주어진 위치에서 수신된 다수의 전송원 신호의 시간, 위상, 주파수, 또는 그 파생물의 오프셋의 리스트나, 거리 또는 그 파생물의 오프셋으로 표현된 그들 동등물을 생성하기 위한 장치에 있어서,(a) 위치가 공지되거나 결정되는 하나 이상의 수신기로부터, 수신된 신호의 대표가 되는 데이터를 획득하기 위한 수단과,(b) 서로 또는 기준원에 대한 전송원으로부터 수신된 각 신호의 시간, 위상, 주파수, 또는 그 파생물의 오프셋을 상기 획득된 데이터로부터 결정하기 위한 수단 및,(c) 상기 결정된 오프셋을 조합하여 상기 공통기준에 대한 오프셋의 리스트를 계산하기 위한 수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 따른 장치를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 공통기준은 상기 수신기에 외부기준으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 공통기준은 GPS 신호로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 시스템.
- 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 수신기로부터 데이터를 획득하기 위한 수단은 상기 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 결정된 시간에 상기 하나 이상의 수신기로부터 상기 컴퓨터 시스템으로 상기 데이터의 전송을 유발하기 위해 배열된 컴퓨터 시스템을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 시스템.
- 제10항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 수신기로부터 데이터를 획득하기 위한 수단은 컴퓨터 시스템을 포함하고, 각각의 상기 수신기에 의해 결정된 시간에 각각의 상기 수신기로부터 상기 데이터의 획득을 유발하기 위한 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 위치결정 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 따른 무선 위치결정 방법을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 전화 네트워크.
