Claims (8)
- 희박 연소 가능한 내연 기관의 배기 통로에 설치되어, 환원제 공급에 의해 흡수한 NOx를 방출, 환원하는 NOx 촉매와,이 NOx 촉매 상류의 배기 통로에 설치된 환원제 공급 수단과,내연 기관의 부하를 검출하는 부하 검출 수단과,내연 기관의 부하에 근거하여 1회의 NOx 환원 처리에서 사용하는 환원제 공급량을 산출하는 환원제량 산출 수단과,산출된 첨가량의 환원제를 복수회로 분할하여 첨가하는 환원제 첨가 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,차량의 운전 상태에 따라서 환원제 첨가의 여부를 판단하는 첨가 여부 판단 수단을 부가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 환원제 첨가 제어 수단에서 2회째 이후의 환원제 첨가량은 첫회의 첨가량보다도 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 환원제 첨가 제어 수단에서 첫회의 환원제 첨가 기간을 길게 하고, 2회째 이후의 환원제 첨가 기간을 첫회보다도 짧게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 환원제 첨가 제어 수단에서 첫회의 환원제 첨가 압력을 높게 하고, 2회째 이후의 환원제 첨가 압력을 첫회보다도 낮게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 환원제 첨가 제어 수단에서 첫회의 환원제 첨가와 2회째의 환원제 첨가 간격을 다음 회의 환원제 첨가 간격보다도 짧게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 환원제 첨가 제어 수단에서 2회째 이후의 환원제 첨가를 첫회의 환원제 첨가 후의 NOx 촉매 쪽의 공연비에 의해 보정한 값에 근거하여 환원제 첨가 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 환원제 첨가 제어 수단에서 복수 회의 환원제 첨가를 내연 기관의 크랭크 각에 동기시킴으로써 배기 밸브가 열렸을 때에 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
