Claims (11)
- 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제(A rope of chemical anchoring adhesive)로서,수지(resin)를 포함하는 제 1 부와;경화제를 포함하는 제 2 부를 포함하고,상기 제 1 부와 제 2 부는 상기 로프의 길이 방향으로 확장하는 경계면을 따라 나란히 연결되어있고;상기 로프는 대략 4 이상의 직경에 대한 길이의 비를 갖는 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 대략 10이상의 직경에 대한 길이의 비를 가지는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 약 20 내지 약 80중량%의 상기 제 1 부와 약 20 내지 약 80중량%의 상기 제 2 부를 포함하는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제로서,수지를 포함하는 제 1 부와;경화제를 포함하는 제 2 부를 포함하고,상기 로프의 길이 방향으로 확장하는 경계면을 따라서 상기 제 1 부와 제 2 부가 연결되어 있고;상기 제 1 부와 제 2 부는 각각 약 5백만 내지 약 5천만cp(centipoise)의 점도를 갖는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 에폭시 수지를 포함하는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 부는 미립자 충전제(particulate filler)를 더 포함하는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 아민 화합물(amine compound)을 포함하는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 부는 3차 아민 화합물(tertiary amine compound)을 더 포함하는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 부는 미립자 충전제를 더 포함하는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제로서,a) 약 20 내지 약 45중량%의 에폭시 수지와, 오일 흡수치(oil absorption value)가 대략 30이상인 약 10 내지 약40중량%의 제 1 미립자 충전제와, 약 40 내지 약 65중량%의 제 2 미립자 충전제와, 16과 45를 포함하여 16과 45 사이의 U.S. 시브 사이즈(U.S. Sieve size)를 갖는 대략 70중량%이상의 상기 제 2 미립자 충전제를 포함하는 제 1 부와;b) 약 5 내지 약 20 중량%의 아민 화합물과, 약 0.1 내지 약 15중량%의 3차 아민 화합물과, 대략 30이상의 오일 흡수치를 갖는 약 1 내지 약 23중량%의 제 1 미립자 충전제와, 약 52 내지 약 87중량%의 제 2 미립자 충전제와, 약 16 과 45 사이의 U.S. 시브 사이즈를 갖는 대략 70중량%이상의 상기 제 2 미립자 충전제를 포함하는 제 2 부를 포함하는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
- 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제로서,a) 약 20 내지 약 45중량%의 에폭시 수지와, 오일 흡수치가 대략 30이상인 약 10 내지 약 40중량%의 제 1 미립자 충전제와, 약 40 내지 약 65중량%의 제 2 미립자 충전제와, 16과 45를 포함하여 16과 45사이의 U.S. 시브 사이즈를 갖는 대략 70중량%이상의 상기 제 2 미립자 충전제를 포함하는 52 내지 65중량%의 제 1 부와,b) 약 10 내지 약 18중량%의 아민 화합물과, 약 1 내지 약 10중량%의 3차 아민 화합물과, 대략 30이상의 오일 흡수치를 갖는 약 5 내지 약 18중량%의 제 1 미립자 충전제와, 약 58 내지 약 72중량%의 제 2 미립자 충전제와, 약 16 과 약 45사이의 U.S. 시브 사이즈를 갖는 대략 70중량%이상의, 상기 제 2 미립자 충전제를 포함하는 35 내지 48wt%의 제 2 부를 포함하는, 로프 형태의 화학 고정 접착제.
