Claims (16)
- 탄화수소를 함유하는 공급물 중의 불순물을 선택적으로 수소화시키는 방법으로서, 미립자성 지지체상에 지지된 선택적 수소화 촉매의 존재하에 상기 불순물을 선택적으로 수소화시키는 것을 포함하며, 상기 지지된 촉매가 메쉬형 구조물상에 지지되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 불순물이 아세틸렌 화합물, 디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 공급물이 1종 이상의 모노올레핀 및 상기 불순물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 불순물이 올레핀 및 디엔으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 공급물이 1종 이상의 상기 불순물 및 1종 이상의 방향족 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 불순물이 아세틸렌 및 인접한 이중 결합을 함유하는 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 공급물이 하나 이상의 단일 결합에 의해 분리된 이중 결합을 함유하는 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 불순물이 인접한 이중 결합을 함유하고, 공급물이 하나 이상의 단일 결합에 의해 분리된 이중 결합을 함유하는 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공급물이 일산화탄소를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 미립자성 지지체의 표면적이 약 0.1m2/g 내지 약 300m2/g 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 미립자성 지지체의 표면적이 약 1m2/g 내지 약 200m2/g 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 지지된 촉매가 팔라듐, 백금, 은, 니켈 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 지지된 촉매의 금속 함유율이 약 0.05% 내지 약 25% 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 메쉬형 구조물이 다수의 금속 섬유층을 포함함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 지지된 촉매가 메쉬형 구조물상에 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 지지된 촉매가 메쉬형 구조물의 틈에 보유됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 탄화수소를 함유하는 공급물 중의 불순물을 선택적으로 수소화시키는 방법으로서, 선택적 수소화 촉매의 존재하에 상기 불순물을 선택적으로 수소화시키는 것을 포함하며, 상기 촉매가 메쉬형 구조물상에 코팅되고, 상기 메쉬형 구조물이 30미크론 미만의 직경을 갖는 다수의 섬유로 형성되는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 섬유의 직경이 약 8미크론 내지 약 25미크론임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 메쉬형 구조물이 층에 임의로 배향되는 다수의 섬유층으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
